You know when the trench gun was first introduced way back when there was a big controversy about it being too cruel and inhumane a weapon, and that it didn't comply with war time engagement practices. I feel like that little move may have had something to do with that

In a mod for doom called Brutal Doom there is a finisher for the shotgun zombie when you have a berserker pack where you put the barrel of the shotgun into the enemy stomach, lift him up and shoot it out. I think it only leaves his legs then and his head.
