Storyline:
The story is a combination of Parijatapaharanam, Subhadra Parinayam and Gayopakhyanam sequences in Hindu epic Mahabharata. Parijat flower bought from Heaven by Narada is gifted to Sri Krishna, who in turn gives it to Rukmini. Satyabhama, learning this, gets angry upon Krishna and hits him with her foot. He begs her pardon for seeking affection. Subhadra is Sri Krishna's sister. Arjuna, in guise of a Munishwar, goes to Dwaraka and with Krishna's help comes close to Subhadra and finally marries her.Gayopakhyanam was a popular play written by Chilakamarthi Lakshmi Narasimham. Krishna and Arjuna fight for the life of Gaya, a Gandharva king, accidentally spitting into Sri Krishna's palms. Finally Lord Shiva averts war and resulting mass destruction. - Zábava

I doubt bheeshma or karna would go back on their word. Bheeshma has no equal in archery. Remember he already defeated Parashuram, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. And Karna would've died defending his word.
@@nagavamsip parashuram Defeated by bheeshma...bheeshma Defeated by Arjuna so many times. As per original story bheeshma had only few divyastra...not all arjuna is superior acher than bheeshma.
Bheeshma had samodana and praswapa weapons..thats y parashuram accepted his defeat. But Arjuna had aall divine weapon... including praswapa and sammodana.
Sammohana is different... bheeshma didn't had answer to sammohana weapons...in original story no ware else mentioned like...bheeshma had answer. But instead of answer sammohana is a weapon which is made by mohini maye... bheeshma is bachelor even mohini maye won't work on bheeshma for longer time. Few minutes even bheeshma got unconscious in virata war.
Bheeshma Defeated by Arjuna so many times in kurukshetra. in vyasa Mahabharata mentioned...only arjuna had all divine weapon and his sills mentioned as raama . How much power full raamabana. We all knew...3day bheeshma Defeated by Arjuna and no one came to help bheeshma including dronacharya feard to come infront of arjuna. Because bheeshmas arrow hit Krishna right arm .... arjuna got Angry and he forgot bheeshma as his pitamaha/ grandfather he defeated bheeshma and entire bheeshma body filled by Arjunas arrow. In Mahabharata mentioned bheeshmas life spared because of his boon. Otherwise he would have died on 3day.
