- This track is part of my forthcoming sound pack for the RS7000. It contains 20 styles in the genres IDM and Breaks, showcasing the RS' strengths and at the same time underlining its usability in modern electronic music production and performance.
Thanks for listening!
Cheers,

I love this beast. So fun to play.
Love your RS7000 videos, great tracks & tutorials, thank you! 🎛🔊🎶
Thanks Dave, that's really good to hear! 👊
Love it! Definitely one of the best things that I've heard from the RS.
Awesome, thank you!!

nice
Thanks!
Thank you. Best quality !
My pleasure!
Whoa! Loving how it sounds. Good programming too 💪🏼
It can indeed sound quite good! Cheers
love this
Thanks a lot!
Jeez that truly sounds awesome. I didn't even know that this machine existed lol. Did you add some post DAW mixing or is this out of the box sounding? Because it just sounds gorgeous. Nice demo.
Thanks a lot! Your comments are appreciated. Straight out of the stereo out of the machine and normalised in Live. The RS has a great sounding Master MB compressor.
Rm1x lover here 🤘🏿
I've thought about maybe downgrading to that one, because I use the internal sounds less and less, but I like the loop remix too much to swap! I wish the RS looked as cool as the RM, though :)
@@sonfx i am very happy with it but I use it in the opposite way. I like to use the internal sounds controlled from an elektron rytm. To do retro sounds but with the confort of elektron sequencer
I see. RS would be perfect in that case with its multiple outs and master fx! A5000 sampler would also be interesting, triggered by an Elektron!
@@sonfx omg yes! Would love to have those individual outs. I also trigger a vintage mpc!
Rm1x fan here too. Just had mine overhauled. Internal sounds a bit meh. So I use it to drive an iPad running Aum with synths. I use the drums from the rm1x. They’re ‘ok’ in my humblest opinions
If you look at Yamahas lineup today, you’d never believe they built something like this.
can you make a tutorial about: time stretch pitching the sound/sample/loop
stretch/time stretch samples for example how to make a loop from 100 bpm set to 120bpm
pitch a sample/loop up and down but stays in time with the actually bpm what plays on the sequencer
would be very awesome fella
thanks in advance
I'll add it to the list of video ideas. Maybe yeah! Cheers
Great song! Perfectly programmed and arranged! Do you use a external master keyboard on the RS7000 for composing/recording songs?
Thanks a lot! Sometimes I connect a small midi keyboard but usually I program everything on the RS. The contriller has knobs too which is convenient but I like being able to do everything on the RS only. It makes the music different. I've been looking at some older Yamaha synths (motif, ex5, sy85 etc) to hook up as well. One day perhaps 😊
You write melodies and harmonies on your keyboards, I'm sure?
You are right. I use the SY35.
As soon as your video started with a down-tempo Drum & Bass track (maybe some would just call it Breaks) but I heard what I heard and I instantly liked and subscribed. Dope track. Cheers!
Thanks a lot! Glad you liked it.
