if you are doing something without being forced by someone you continue this slowly and consistently. You can go for a job and try to explore on weekends . If you are able to visualise what you can achieve in CZcams, don't quit, pain is temporary. To achieve on anything big in life you need stay on what you are doing and keep doing it. But do it with calculated risk. If risk is not controllable now, take a break , find a other source income like job and keep thinking on your passion . Big things takes time. Let me start by saying, you seemed to be a good person at heart. You try hard and putting in great effort. Appreciate that.
When you look at your viewership and when you see that your viewership is not growing, you have to introspect your content. May be your viewers are not finding your content interesting. Someone is spending 15 minutes of their day, if the content is not entertaining they have other options. People will definitely celebrate CZcamsrs who provide interesting content. In my opinion I think it is unfair to blame your viewers for not helping you out with increasing the viewership.

Hello Vikash, I used to watch your cycling videos and then I stopped as I am not interested in the other video of yours, similarly everyone have their own interest and not all will watch all videos, again watching videos itself not their work, they watch when they are free apart from their regular commitments (job, study, family, etc). So please don't assume CZcams alone will be your final destination. You have to balance your life by earning first and focus on passion. Because youtubers are not professional all the times and they can't make profit alone, you should consider risk factors of your attempt and take wise decision. We all face failure in life however our comeback is important. You have done so many things in your cycling attempt and many of us got so many insights through your journey. Hence please don't stop your attempt in yout passion at the same time make yours plans which is SMART.
