Omg Arlo is becoming the most handsomest little man . So glad you mentioned some foods do cause future heart issues, especially for Dobermans. So many people don’t realize any Grain Free commercial foods (Blue buffalo, Rachel Ray, etc ) have been proven to cause complications for dogs and cats down the line . Pro Plan is an excellent choice .
Thank you so much Baddie. Yeah I certainly wouldn't be feeding this food if I didn't believe in it after doing my research. If you ask 10 owners of AKC show Dobermans what food they feed, I'd be willing to bet at least 5 of them will say Purina Pro Plan. It's passes WSAVA guidelines (which not many foods do), there's never been a mandatory recall on the food that I know of, it wasn't linked to even ONE case of DCM in Dobermans in the recent FDA investigation into dog foods, and they have more research dollars invested into refining their formula than pretty much any other brand. In face in the FDA investigation reports, the vets dealing with DCM in their patients moved a lot of dogs over to Purina Pro Plan and began seeing improvements. Also they have certain things which are VERY important for Dobies like the addition of the Omega fatty acids, etc. I definitely believe they are a solid choice for Dobermans specifically, but I'm always reading and new studies come out all the time. So I'm more than willing to change my recommendation if I see new information that leads me in a different direction.
Baddie Vee is there a list of grain free brands I should avoid? I’ve been feeding my 4 month old Doberman Nutro puppy blend and she loves it but could it cause health issues?
@@katelynncochrane8968 I have a list on my website of the foods that were linked to DCM in the FDA's investigation that might be helpful! DCM is the heart issue she's referring to. It's becoming a bit of an issue in Dobermans. Here's the link: www.dobermanplanet.com/doberman-dilated-cardiomyopathy/
Baddie Vee you’re totally right that those brands can cause issues but it’s actually not because of being grain free! Grain free is the best way to go because it’s the most biologically appropriate diet for dogs. Unfortunately it’s because blue buffalo, Rachel ray, and so many other brands (actually purina as well) use very low quality ingredients and don’t balance them to fit the dogs needs! DCM is a genetic issue and grain free diets have not been proven to cause anything :)
That video is in the plan but still a WAYS off. In the mean time you can google the "zip tie ear posting method" and if it's the one that uses Torbot surgical glue (labeled as "Torbot bonding cement") to hold everything in place, then it's the method that I'm using! Sorry I don't have that video for you at the moment :-(
I feel much better after seeing the out takes at the end! I have a 16 week Doberboy, to go along with my 2 yo Dobergirl. I watch Arlo and think what an angel. My True more closely resembles the Arlo in the out takes, although at feedings he is doing his best Arlo impression. I teach them to ‘go to your spot’, any type of throw rugs I have placed down, and they wait there. Love your videos, thank you so much!
Thanks so much Cathryn! Oh yes, Arlo has his devilish moments for sure. I mean, that's normal for a young pup like mine, or yours! I definitely try to time filming of my videos when I have a better chance of him being in a good mood. Doesn't always work out perfectly though! As you can see! Haha.
Lol. I love watching your videos. I'm a Doberman lover. I'm 62 yrs young. I grew up with a Doberman back in the 70s. I would love to have another one. I live in a apartment. So I don't have room. So in stead I watch your videos, keep them coming. He is so pretty! Your doing a really good job with him, they are very strong dogs, so smart, loving, & loyal. Enjoy him. Your son has an amazing friend to grow up with. The only part about a Doberman I don't like is there life span. We don't have long enough with them. Again ENJOY!!
Thank you so much Rose. I agree with all you said even about not liking the lifespan. It's just never long enough. Hopefully one day when you are ready you can get another Dobie! :-) Love your support, thank you so much!
So glad it helped! I love to hear that!!vJust make sure that if you decide to switch foods you do it VERY gradually! Switching too quickly can cause stomach and intestinal upset.
Thank you I just got a Doberman she about two months first time Doberman owner I was a boxer dog lover but now I have a Doberman that I love .... thank you for a your video they had hep me a lot please keep them coming appreciated .
Thank you mate. Im onto my 3rd doberman and always still learning. They are definitely the best breed of dog that you can get. Ive watched all your videos and have learnt alot. Thank you
I use Organix (Organic Dry & Wet Dog Food) and mix in half of Instinct Raw. My Doberman lived a healthy 13 years. And now i have another Doberman puppy on the same diet.
I have owned 4 Dobies, only one was a pup, others were rescue dogs. Love the breed so much that we bought a pure bred Dobbie female. She is 11 months now, little hyper but coming along fine. I cropped my big male ( a long time ago) and chose not to crop my new female. That part is working great. My wife insisted on training her & is doing a great job (tons of treats). Kiana is her name & we feed her Purina Pro for puppies under 2 years
My dad just brought a Doberman puppy 2 days ago, so he can protect your farm in future, but i also want to give him a good life, i believe your channel will help me a lot.
just wanted you to know your videos have been incredibly helpful to me. We rescued a baby Doberman (6 or 7 weeks old) knew nothing about the breed......until now ,thanks to you.
Just discovered you a few weeks ago & have watched many of your videos so far. We will be getting our first doby in 2 months & I am learning, planning & preparing. I was raised with Pits most of my life (great family dogs) & enjoyed a couple of dachshunds over the last 13 years. Everything you've shared seems to line up with what I know & have experienced with dogs. :) Thanks for all of the helpful info. I've shown some of your videos to my husband & daughter to help them understand the needs, expectations etc. Keep up the good work. :)
Please keep a 24 hour emergency vet number on hand in case of bloat. I did not have one handy until we though our Dobe had bloat and started to panic. Ended up Moses was fine, but after that scare, we made ourselves very familiar with 24 hour emergency vets in the area. Bloat can kill quickly.
@@MsSweetlove90 Puppy bellies tend to be larger (and cute). The dog will be very restless. They will be trying to throw up. It will be very obvious that they are distressed. There are videos on CZcams that show it. I would watch one to see so that you can be aware. Enjoy the pup!
I feed my 13 week pup The dry puppy food but I also add plain low-fat yogurt with low-fat cottage cheese its full of protein and he absolutely loves it. Arlo is the cutest thing ever
I found your page yesterday when I bought my first Doberman and I'm so glad I did. The breeder didn't tell us how old she was so I just found out she's only 5 weeks old. Anyway, thank you so much for your great content!
That's on the list but it's still a ways off! In the mean time you can google "zip tie ear posting method" and if it's the one that uses Torbot bonding cement to hold things in place than it's the method that I use! Good luck!
Though I would advise against pedigree and Alpo. I found it leaves my dogs coats (even past dogs of different breeds) greasy and their poo very runny. I’ve had good luck with royal canin, until I moved to a different climate (from Hawaii to upstate ny) then went to Rachel ray after trying a couple different brands. So if their environment changes could cause their food needs to change as well.
Very true about environment and possibly different foods being better in other circumstances. Thank you for your insight Amanda! Royal Canin is definitely a pretty highly trusted brand as well!
Very helpful video! My Doberman puppy is currently 15 weeks and eating this dry food 3 times a day. I mix 1cup & 1/2 with a little bit of Hill's Science Diet Puppy Savory Stew with Chicken & Vegetables Canned Dog Food. She loves it!
Purina is a brand that has been in a lot of pet food recalls over the years. They also almost always contain a lot of corn and wheat and by products in their ingredients which is not great and all the corn actually ends up making the food higher in carbohydrates instead of protein even when a meat might be listed first. Corn is a cheap filler that’s why it’s used a lot in the cheaper dog foods.
Thousands of Doberman Owners can attest to Purina Pro Plan, so I wouldn't say Purina is bad at all. Grain Free foods have been listed as potential problem foods for DCM Prone Pets. The foods of concern are those containing legumes such as peas or lentils, other legume seeds, or potatoes listed as primary ingredients. I say they'd rather not take a risk and why change something that has a proven track record for Owners. They might not advertise/promote that much but it's affordable too. Ultimately in the end I think it's what your dog likes, and if he is doing healthy and fine on the food you provide for him IMO. If you got the money go buy Acana but your gonna take a hit on your wallet, finding the right balance is the key. 25-30 lb bag would probaby last you around a Month or so at around 4 cups a day.
Now,I told myself I’m only gonna watch this for a few mins,But ended out watching the whole vid,And tbh I don’t regret it..Really informative and really well explained!! :))
Your videos are BEYOND helpful. We just got a doberman puppy and have had the best time with her and such easy transitions because of your helpful videos. I cant say thank you enough!
Hello John, first of all, I can't tell how gratefull I am for all these videos you are doing with Arlo. It helped me showing my wife how intelligent, family friendly and interesting the Dobermann breed is. Now our puppy (female european) will reach us in march and we are getting ready watching every single video in order to be - as much as possible - offering the most relaxing "landing to home 1st week" to this new family member. We live in France, and our puppy is coming from a highly reputated breeder in Spain - (the only way for us to get an ears cropped dog as its not allowed in France). As you know now, we are french so I had to translate your videos for my wife to undersand. Believe me your dynamism, your very enthusiastic attitude was language crossing barrier breaker. So just in case it helps, here is below the translation for this video with the corresponding timeline. So maybe you can make it a subtitle file. I know plenty of french speaking people who would love to understand your words (YT automatic translation isn't that good, espacially with a machinegun speaking vlogger ^^ Take care and best regards to all of you guys following DobermanPlanet worldwide 👋 What to Feed a Doberman Puppy-and How to Do It RIGHT Avec quoi nourrir un Doberman : et comment bien le faire 0.00 Mon copain Arlo a maintenant 15 semaines et il grandit vite.
I came back and rewatched this video to figure out an important dilemma for me in terms of feeding doberman (puppy and adult). I still cannot understand after sooo much research. Doberman Planet, I need your help. So on one hand we say that dobermans should not be fed full stomach before and after exercising and any physical activity. And on the other hand we say that it is always worth feeding your puppy through mental training and training in general so that we utilize the value of food to teach them to behave etc. The question is... Is it not dangerous for the puppy to be fed while training and how do we know the stomach is not full if we give their daily food dosage little by little during/through training sessions. Thanks for support, Shushan
I feed my 6 month old taste of the wild pacific stream puppy recipe. It has different types of fish and make his coat really shiny. Best food in my opinion
My pup was delivered to me last night. He was born jan4. Took him in to the vet today and had some hook worms and slight cold; meds prescribed. Being at barely 5 weeks, he weight 4.5 lbs. hope he recovers to gain more weight
I was a semi truck driver and they were OBSESSIVE about the trailers being double locked and tracking them. They weren't nearly as careful about human food
I was wondering that. I've researched and read a lot that raising the bowl is more detrimental and associated with more bloat, or GDV. But I see many people with large and giant dogs recommend it. It's a confusing and hot topic. Currently, I would not do it.
Yeah I just about killed myself with research on that topic awhile back. I couldn't find anything really concrete on that as far as research studies go. This was my final takeaway: Wild dogs (and the Doberman's ancestors) always ate off ground level while standing up, without issues. The raised bowls are certainly a newer thing in the scheme of things. So is bloat (although that doesn't mean they're necessarily linked). I do think it can be more comfortable for the dog to eat off a raised platform... but it's not natural for the dog. I've always fed my dogs from ground level and never had an issue with bloat. I didn't find any concrete evidence one way or the other but looking back at how Dobermans (and wild dog ancestors of the domestic dog in general) would eat, I felt most comfortable avoiding raised dog bowls personally.
His socialization with other dogs is DEFINITELY suffering right now. I'm a little worried what this is going to mean down the road. But when things settle down a bit with all this and he has all his vaccines I'm definitely going to get focused on socializing. Ugh, we'll see how much of an impact this makes!
Thank you for all the information it is very helpful I am planning to get a Doberman and I’m trying to do my homework first so I can be the best owner possible for him your dog is beautiful.
I fed my dobie female a 2 kg a day purina pro plan lamb and it was low amonut. I change it to boiled rice, mashed chiken back plus 500gr cheepest dry food i mix it and it's about 1.2kg in the morning and same at night
On your website, you specifically list peas and legumes as carbs a dobermann owner should look for in their food. However, the FDA has found that peas and legumes may be linked to DCM, and that owners should be looking to feed their dogs a food that is NOT grain free (has grains) and to avoid foods with high amounts of peas, legumes, potatoes, lentils, and beans. I understand this video was uploaded in April, but the report from the FDA is from more than a year ago. It might be worth updating your website to address this
I'm loving the advice and experience you're sharing. I'm thinking of getting a doberman here in the UK and will probably import a European cropped and docked. Your videos have been so educational and informative...keep them coming!
Thanks James so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, my research pretty much lead me to believe the same thing. I didn't mention that... but I'm glad you did, thank you!
Arlo is a nice looking dog, I’m so glad you show the food you fed him with, my dobbie is about 8 months old and just start feed her with Purina pro plan and I loved it, she had a very sensitive stomach, now see someone else using it make me feel that I make the right choice for her.
Thank you for doing what you do. We are getting our first doberman puppy In the beginning of November. I have learned so much and feel so much more confident going into this. Thanks 👊
Hey john, I know you feed pro plan as do I. Just wanted to let you know that the “bag change” pro plan just had isn’t only a bag change. They changed the recipe, replacing meat protein with plant based cheaper proteins. I’m switching to diamond naturals (they have an extreme athlete version as well) chicken and rice all life stages. Just thought you’d like to know. Keep up with the great videos!👍🏻
The internet has gotten a new star! Looking good, question do you or anyone else feed there dobermans special food for there skin? I remember giving my doberman some cod liver oil sometimes and that really made her skin firm an shinny! Fish stock aswell
It’s amazing this channel, it’s like the encyclopedia illustrated of Doberman. Congrats for Arlo and thnxs a bunch for sharing all your knowledge of this breed. Saludos desde México 🇲🇽
Thank you so much for this info. We are shopping for 2 more Doby puppies❤️❤️. Our current Doby is 9 yrs old, and I have been cooking all his meals (chicken, rice, spinach). Kind of tired of cooking (lol)!!!
I'm so glad you got something out of the video! Great to hear! That's awesome that you were cooking his meals... a great thing to do. Just can be tough... and expensive... and time consuming as it sounds like you know!
Hey John, on your website you recommend Puppy Breed Purina for Pups, but many Owners recommend you use ALS or Adult Breed Bags when they are puppies due to the extra Vitamins and Growth Issues for Large Breeds. How do you feel about this. Also don't you think its nuts how although Purina Pro Plan is recommended by most owners that all the Ads, Articles, from Media Outlets do not even have Purina on this list. In fact Dog Food Advisor has the food ranked as Mid Tier.
Hi John! Thanks for this video! I just posted a question on your video on the growth rates but this video completely answered it! Also, seeing Arlo at 8 weeks makes me feel better about my Daphne’s size. I will also increase how much I feed her per day. Thanks again-your videos help me feel so much more confident as a new Doberman owner!
Another awesome video. Love watching this pup be raised and growing with you. I have 2 Great Pyrenees and I had a friend recommend Diamond Natural and mine love that brand. 40 pound bag is around 35 dollars. Again thanks for continuing with these awesome videos. Arlow is a pleasure watching
My girlfriend and I want to breed and train personal protection dogs when we are in our 20s and we want Dobermans for sure. We want to go with the raw diet. And this is just me personally but we are going to train European lines mostly because you don't see American lines in protection work that often since you yourself said European Dobermans are more likely to put themselves in between you and the threat. Love your videos and Arlo is very handsome!
been watching you since before getting my dobber. just wanna say man this is such a great channel my little Kobe gonna benefit big time from it. Keep it up.
I have a German Pointer and I'm with you on the manufacturer's recommendation being far off, I feed my dog twice the amount, and he is still not fat in fact you can feel his rib bones if you press his sides. TL;DR: Try out different amounts with your puppy until you get it right, depends on exercise level, etc.
Yeah it's amazing how far off they can be. I guess for a large lap-dog who doesn't like to get out and exercise then the recommended amount could work? I'm not sure!
We're getting our first Doberman puppy this week and I am so excited!! Can't wait to bring him home. Definitely helps watching these videos, because I was super unsure of what to feed him. Certainly can't feed him like our Toy Poodle lol
This has been such a helpful channel. Thank you! Question: what are your thoughts about feeding your dobie in the crate and having them stay there and rest for 15-20 mins after eating? Ours is 9 months old now.
Thank you.. I plan to but it's going to be awhile. In the mean time you can google "zip tie ear posting" and if you find the method that uses Torbot Surgical Glue ("bonding cement") then it's the method I'm using.
Hey John, love the channel man! Before we got our puppy dobe, Bia, I did a bunch of research and your channel was a big part of it. Thank you! I was wondering if you've heard anything in regards to purina changing their food formulas in the last few months? The last bag of pro plan I bought had a slightly different size and shape to it, our pup seems to have more gastric "events" since the new bag also. I've heard a couple other people say purina did change it without notifying consumers and was curious if you had any insight? Again, love the channel man, love Arlo too! Its been so cool to watch him grow up! Keep up the good work buddy!
Hi John, nice video as always and great to see the young man doing so well. I have a 8 month old European boy and feed him on pro plan too, at 40kg now, he seems to be doing great on it. Loads of energy, a great coat and always seems to be alert, definitely a great choice in food 👍👍👍
Thank you sooooooooo much for this video... My Doberman (Sebastian) just turned a year old and he's a handful 🤦🏿♂️but, I will definitely be taking your advice
Hey John how about full feed and can you talk about grain free.i met the owner of the Great Lakes Pet Food company and he gave me a lot of info on nutrition. He said to feed dogs full feed because they don't eat if they're full so they don't usually eat too much. Also his feed is grain free and our dogs ate about half of what they were eating. We raise Bernese Mt dogs and I have an 8 we old doberman.thanks for all your info
Research has shown that a grain free diet for Dobes can possible have a link to DCM (Dilated Cardiomyopathy) They need grains. Pea protein and lentils are not good so stay away from those ingredients
Unfortunately my puppy lost interest in the Pro Plan Puppy. He ended up getting really bad food allergies from it ☹️. He started to get bad dandruff and yellow scabs/flakes on his skin.

Baddie Vee is there a list of grain free brands I should avoid? I’ve been feeding my 4 month old Doberman Nutro puppy blend and she loves it but could it cause health issues?

John: „behave“, Arlo: * rolls on floor *, * dinosaur noises *. I laughed so hard 😂
Haha yeah he was in a mood at that point. I don't think he wanted to do a video!
Could you do a video about how you take care of Arlo's ears after the ear cropping? ps Arlo is super cute!
That video is in the plan but still a WAYS off.
Arlo is so big. What a good boy. He listens very well for such a young dog. Thanks for updating how he is doing
such an important video for me, just got my 13 week doberman and this really helped me with feeding her!
So glad it helped! I love to hear that!!vJust make sure that if you decide to switch foods you do it VERY gradually! Switching too quickly can cause stomach and intestinal upset.
About to get my first European Doberman pup and been studying your videos, thank you for your help!
Thank you I just got a Doberman she about two months first time Doberman owner I was a boxer dog lover but now I have a Doberman that I love .... thank you for a your video they had hep me a lot please keep them coming appreciated .
Congrats! I'm so glad you are enjoying the videos. Good luck with your new pup!
I love how you posted his ears, PLEASE can you make a tutorial for that?! Your method looks like it's a lot more comfortable for our puppies
Good to know I'm feeding my boys right. Thanks so much.
Thank you Alpha! Love seeing you here in the comments! Heck one of your past comments already made it in one of my videos! You're a staple here!
@@DobermanPlanet And thank you. Looking forward to your next video.
The real Arlo cracks me up in the outtakes! Just wanna cuddle him!
Thank you! Haha. He was in a mood that day!
Thank you mate. Im onto my 3rd doberman and always still learning. They are definitely the best breed of dog that you can get. Ive watched all your videos and have learnt alot. Thank you
Rescued an 11 week old puppy a couple weeks ago. I was his 3rd owner already. Your videos are amazing and SO helpful.
In the exact same boat a year later
Thanks for all of the helpful info.
Great point Suzanne! Thank you for posting this reminder!
I do use a slow feeder which helps so much
What were the signs of bloat ? I just got my puppy today and his belly looks pretty big.
@@MsSweetlove90 Puppy bellies tend to be larger (and cute). The dog will be very restless. They will be trying to throw up. It will be very obvious that they are distressed. There are videos on CZcams that show it. I would watch one to see so that you can be aware. Enjoy the pup!
Arlo is gorgeous.
He has already mastered the Dobie Strut. Love it!!!
Much Love Brother
Thanks so much! Haha yeah he certainly has a little strut.
I love the outtakes! Truly shows their mischievous behavior. Love your channel ❤️
Thanks so much JW! Those are my initials too!
I feed my 13 week pup The dry puppy food but I also add plain low-fat yogurt with low-fat cottage cheese its full of protein and he absolutely loves it. Arlo is the cutest thing ever
Oh my I can't believe he is already 15 weeks old. What a handsome fur baby❤🐨🐨
I found your page yesterday when I bought my first Doberman and I'm so glad I did. The breeder didn't tell us how old she was so I just found out she's only 5 weeks old. Anyway, thank you so much for your great content!
Just got 2 males not my first dogs, but 1st Doberman and 2 pups at once. Your video’s really help, Thank you for all the knowledge!!
My hubby and I will be Doberman parents here soon so learning from you is an honor ! Thank you!!
Arlo is good looking athletic doberman puppy. When he grows up he ll be a strong and clever guard dog
Please do a video about how you are posting his ears!
That's on the list but it's still a ways off! In the mean time you can google "zip tie ear posting method" and if it's the one that uses Torbot bonding cement to hold things in place than it's the method that I use! Good luck!
Love your vids. I'm getting a Doberman pincher next week and so excited. Will keep watching your helpful videos, thanks! 😊
I feed my pup eukanuba. Was reccomend by the vet and I can say it truly is great
Good stuff as usual. My make dobersaurus I’d 6 mos old now. Amazing how fast they grow. I’m almost done posting his ears! Can’t wait
That's awesome. Haha... "Dobersaurus" I love that. Good description. Oh man it's so nice to be done with ear posting!
Thank you. I have a 9 week old female and I'm giving a third cup 3 times a day.
Now,I told myself I’m only gonna watch this for a few mins,But ended out watching the whole vid,And tbh I don’t regret it..Really informative and really well explained!! :))
Watching Arlo puts a smile on my face. Our 13-month Doberman eats Eukanuba Large Breed Puppy. Thanks for sharing!
I'll be getting my first doberman puppy in January of 2021 and all your videos make me feel so much more prepared for getting my puppy!
I know plenty of french speaking people who would love to understand your words (YT automatic translation isn't that good, espacially with a machinegun speaking vlogger ^^
Take care and best regards to all of you guys following DobermanPlanet worldwide 👋
What to Feed a Doberman Puppy-and How to Do It RIGHT
I totally agree with you, I prefer a good kibble over anything, I also use Pro Plan
Thanks for support,
Shushan
I feed my 6 month old taste of the wild pacific stream puppy recipe. It has different types of fish and make his coat really shiny. Best food in my opinion
The outtakes! LOL!
Glad you enjoyed them! :-)
We are on lockdown, start sending in daily vids so I have something to watch:)
Enjoyed your informative video on feeding your Dobie.
Looking forward to your next one.
Thanks 👍
Just got my first Doberman he is 7 weeks old. Love the Video's of arlo and the information helps a lot Thanks
What about a raised feeding bowl
@@DobermanPlanet when do you switch them to adult food?
Did you start socializing your pup with other dogs? How are you planning to do that with the whole covid-19 these days?
His socialization with other dogs is DEFINITELY suffering right now. I'm a little worried what this is going to mean down the road. But when things settle down a bit with all this and he has all his vaccines I'm definitely going to get focused on socializing. Ugh, we'll see how much of an impact this makes!
Now there's only one way.You come infront of Arlo wearing different masks and spray sperfumes so he couldn't smell or recognize you😁.
Great info. My dobe breeder of 31 years recommended pro plan too.
We’re picking up our dobie pup in 2 days!! Your videos have been helping so much in our preparation for him. Thanks!
It might be worth updating your website to address this
Once again a no nonsense video. To the point and informative. Thanks - from Ireland
Thanks for all the help with your video i convinced my mom to get us a doberman puppy hes 6 weeks old and his name aspen
Your channel is growing fast man. I told you when you started that you will be a hit soon. Love your videos
I'm loving the advice and experience you're sharing. I'm thinking of getting a doberman here in the UK and will probably import a European cropped and docked. Your videos have been so educational and informative...keep them coming!
Thank you so much. I love that you're finding them useful!
@ok 01 Sounds like you're pretty married to your brand of choice. Glad you found something you like and it works well for you.
Dude, the outtakes, hilarious. Taurine is important to look for in commercial food for Dobermans according to our vet and our research.👍
Thank you! I think he's a great pup so far! Yeah their skin can be sensitive for sure... thanks for the tips!
Best CZcams Chanel Entertaining Educational video never disappoints getting my Doberman in a few months these videos are great 👍
I like the upside video idea!!
Haha thanks. Arlo was upside for the intro of this video. I figured there was no use in trying to convince him to be right-side-up. Haha
Thanks! I am thinking about getting a Doberman… Learning alot from you!!!
It’s amazing this channel, it’s like the encyclopedia illustrated of Doberman. Congrats for Arlo and thnxs a bunch for sharing all your knowledge of this breed. Saludos desde México 🇲🇽
I just got 2 of them and I’ve been watching your videos it’s helped a lot thank you
Thank you I've been trying to research this very thing for our 1 yr old thanks for the info as always
So happy it was helpful!
Your going to have an amazing bond with arlo. You can tell he really loves you ! Your doing a great job with him 👍
Thank you so much for this info.
I would love a video of how you tape his ears!
In fact Dog Food Advisor has the food ranked as Mid Tier.
i really like your videos!! i’m getting an american doberman next week, your videos have helped me a lot for preparing our home, you are the best!!
Love the extra out take footage 😂🥰🐾 so adorable and playful. We also get to see more of his personality
been watching you since before getting my dobber. just wanna say man this is such a great channel my little Kobe gonna benefit big time from it. Keep it up.
Means so much CM! Thank you!!!
Thank you for ALL of your videos. Especially this one! You're the best!
ARLO is a very nice looking doberman. I think when he gets to adult age, he is going to be georgous.
Purina has recently changed their formula of their dog food so could you please check up on that.
Love your channel and I’m always here for advice on 6 mths old Doberman. Thanks.
Thank You Bro I'm getting my doberman puppy next week Thanks for the tips Anyway GodBless
Hey John just wanted to say thanks for making your knowledge available to us.
Have a super energetic dobermann puppy here and appreciate your help.
We're getting our first Doberman puppy this week and I am so excited!! Can't wait to bring him home. Definitely helps watching these videos, because I was super unsure of what to feed him. Certainly can't feed him like our Toy Poodle lol
This helped a great deal!!!
This has been such a helpful channel. Thank you! Question: what are your thoughts about feeding your dobie in the crate and having them stay there and rest for 15-20 mins after eating? Ours is 9 months old now.
Arlo is a sweetheart 🥰. Eagerly waiting for your video on ear posting . Thank you.
Love your channel! Watch every video, I'm looking to get a doberman soon so im trying to learn as much as I can thank you!
Would love to hear about your ear posting process for Arlo!
Unfortunately my puppy lost interest in the Pro Plan Puppy. He ended up getting really bad food allergies from it ☹️. He started to get bad dandruff and yellow scabs/flakes on his skin.
