  • So in this video we're going to be restoring the OEM Swingarm to get it ready for a 1992 Bashee restoration. We also purchased a Tusk linkage rebuild kit. Hopefully by the end of this video, we will have both of those things completed with no issues.

yo i been looking all over for something like this for the 01-05 raptor 660 man. ive done the bearings 3 times now and instantly sloppy afterward. do you have any links or preferably a video on the correct order of parts and how to install them? im afraid that i may have wore it from round to more of an oval. but the bearings go in fairly tight. im just at a loss... is it possible to just switch to the raptor 700 swing arm? or banshee? ive found some used 660 swing arms on ebay but looking at some of the pics it sort of appears they might have the same issue? you definitely seem to know your stuff man any advice would be awesome!!

Why didn't you talk about how you put the link on backwards on the bench? You talked about knowing which why the bow needs to go.

At that time I didn’t know how it went in. That’s why I corrected it at the end of the video. I think I stated that my camera died so I followed up with the correct way that it goes in.
