On this explore we toured an abandoned hazard! This bungalow had some of the scariest mold I have ever seen in my life!!

Love the original hardwood floors
I like the fireplace area with the small windows. I would put in some bookshelves on each side of the fireplace.
I think it's a beautiful home and property, so sad a family doesn't live in it.
They used some of the space as an actual doctors office(room with "extra" sink) Great find!!!

The machine thing that your wondering about is missing a motor but it looks like an early generation circulation booster for people that have poor blood circulation in their legs you would put your feet up on it and the motor would drive the gear making it move from side to side to get the blood circulation flowing in the legs

The not so becoming light reminds me of our kitchen light when I was a kid. It had a weird hum to it that turned out I was the only one who noticed it.

I love houses like this minus the inexperienced diy. I would have preferred to restore it to its original state or at least resembling it. A nice classic center hall design. Looks like the basement was on its way to being refinished. I like the older light fixtures like the chandelier but not the round light. Also those modern beds with the built in lights. I’ve always preferred vintage wooden furniture. Cool stuff in the garage. Just a cool little house that is worthy of being saved. Thanks for sharing. Take care Brandon.

18:15 I think its called a toofer, a footrest or a seat, it was motorized and I bet it would shake it real nice. 🤤
Back in the late 50s early 60s a motorized machine was popular that you would stand at and had a wide belt you'd place around your bod and shook it real good too!

Agree! But for the life of me, I cannot see why Brandon so disliked the place - makes no sense - definitely not "ugly". Also wondering why he has "crime scene" in the video title - just for the yellow tape or low railing? Maybe because squirrels broke in... Still an interesting explore of a very nice house.

Was a nice flip but the new modernist look doesn't fit there. The exterior also needs some sort of redo.
No big loss if it's demoed, maybe new "homes" will be packed in or maybe another shoppin center with a couple of nail salons and a nice fat loss gym with bikes you can pedal and go nowhere! 🤪👍

nice find but the modernization dose not fit the house lol. i bet the police tape was put across the stairs to stop people from going up them as they look to be painted even the hand rail is not the original wood look, wonder if this flip was done without permits cause think they would have had to bring the stair railing up to code just like the rest of the house with the renos being done. mental note send Brandon some pencils so he is prepared for the next sharpener he finds lmao.

Nice house but original would be better. I don't like the light fixture either but I love the chandelier and I do like the orange chair.

I ad a 1927 farm house for 16 years with one acres ove land it was biger at the time for the land because the rest was sold to a farmer before i buy it and yes thoses renovations are very ugly and the lamp to hihi and where is your pencil men haha love your explrations and yours voice quipe on going sorry for my writting dont pratice anymore

just an fyi those weren’t needle holders- they were lab tubes where blood is drawn/vacuumed or urine gets vacuumed into them :)
It’s too bad someone went in to remodel the house and it ended up looking like this. If they hadn’t done anything, it would have probably sold. I would loved to have those old doors! I had to laugh at you playing with the pencil sharpener, my Daddy had one that he put up in the house and when we cleaned out the house after they died, I didn’t ask anybody if they wanted it, I just told them I was taking it and the shelf it was mounted on. Of course everyone had already been through the house and put their names on the big stuff. And Yes that light (I think it’s called a drum light) is Ugly. I don’t see anything wrong with you say you think something is ugly, we don’t all have to agree, the world would be pretty boring if we all liked the same things …if you point out something and I disagree, it’s not going to bother me and it won’t change my mind. I think we would all be better off if we said what we think about things like that. And before someone gets mad, I’m not talking about being hurtful to people, I’m talking about silly stuff. 😊

Can you say anything else negative? I thought it was a pretty decent looking house. It’s too bad it’s just sitting there going to waste and there’s so many people that don’t have anywhere to live at all.
The low budget remodel stripped away much of the original charm of the old farm house. Most likely done by someone who wanted to "update" the place for selling purposes but didn't want to spend a lot of money and wasn't into putting any effort into doing the remodel tastefully.
I work in the construction business and I can see the bad work like a glowing light! If you were there you'd understand 100%
