No, sadly. Im playing on PS5 and PC so i can confirm this video is either recorded using the PC version or the video is edited to run at 60fps.
The actual game on PS5 run at 1080p 30fps, same thing for any other Arkham games.

Doing everything is free roaming...literally.
Game have no HDR or 4k on ps5. This is the PC version
Playstation version spits on the PC and Xbox version graphically
Xbox Version is also good
