- You can use this video the next time you do an indoor treadmill or bike workout using your favourite device.
This 1 hour walk was filmed along the shared walking/cycling track around Woolamai Point at Lake Illawarra, Berkeley, New South Wales, which is roughly 50 miles south of Sydney. The average speed is 5.8kph.
I was considering swapping the audio for music. But because it's so subjective, I figure it's best to let you decide what to play along with it.
I am planning to do more walks/runs etc in the near future. So please let me know if you have any suggestions for the channel, as I'd love to hear from you :)

Thank You! Instead of looking out the window at snowing Ohio, I walked along a nice, sunny path. Only went 30 minutes at either 3 or 3.5mph, but look forward to the rest of the walk.

Just found this. I stopped at the 20:04 mark and saved it for when I start it again. Hope I understand the "Start at" option.

The terrain is boring, and the camera should not be angled down. I am not a hunchback. Also a camera stabilizer would soften the footstep movement. Thanks for trying, but I can't use this one.
