      No, they just ruin your life and put you right back on the street. I know when I worked for a Public Defender's office as soon as someone was arrested they lost their job. Then the down hill spiral began. If they were wrongly arrested it was just tough. I really saw another side of things working there. Mental illness is involved too. So sad and we could do better !!!!!

    There’s never been a reason for it to be illegal to begin with

    • @BigKandRtv
      @BigKandRtv Před 26 dny

      @@lowtunedg9211 Oh, let's do better than that. Let's talk about it. In the 1930 the US Federal Bureau of Narcotics launched a public campaign against Cannabis by first renaming it. Then they turned to race. The head of the FBN told the public that "...marijuana has a negative effect on these 'degenerate races', such as inducing violence or causing insanity. Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.” . He suggested to the public that smoking pot would result in their white women sex with black men. Let's not tip-toe around the facts. THAT is the reason it was (and in the most pathetic states, still is) illegal.

They should have to pay him back for his lawyer, his time off of work, bond, all the hours he spent dealing with their mistake at overtime rate 1.5/hr, pain and suffering, all the junk fees, if his car was impounded, that too. And rent him a long and a bouncy castle and a slip and slide. 🎉 Oh, and stop being such a backwards state of knuckledraggers and quit arresting people for under a half oz of grass. Legalize It There's incredible medicinal value in this wonderful plant. I do have a problem with your test. If I have THCA marijuana in my car and it gets warm, the THC percentage is still above the legal limit. So this is only really going to help some people. You sell alcohol in every store. Why are you worried about us getting a little stoned? Oh no, hide the refrigerator. That's the only real thing in danger of marijuana.

  • @mezenman
    @mezenman Před 22 dny +3

    Just remember this, marijuana is legal in Washington DC. The Supreme Court legalized gay marriage after about twelve states made it legal. 24 states have recreational marijuana and many more have at least medical marijuana. The people have spoken so who is against it? Drug companies, legal systems and probably textile’s companies. Hemp has many uses and is sustainable so I guess follow the money.
