There's a lot to like here, but for $3m, I want my closets/pantry to have custom built-in shelving. Also, I'd want en suite bathrooms for all the spare bedrooms.
The black on the ceilings looks awful……looks like cheap plastics and is visually cluttered. And the closets…if they skimp on that…what else are the skimping on that you can’t see? Disappointing for the price.great tour though and I like the floor plan.
I really like the way the yard wraps all the way around the property. Lots of usable outdoor space.

3 million and they don't give you a decently fitted out closet for the primary bedroom!
