He studies markets and uses data to see which markets will drop. He knows how corporate finance works. And he knows how investment banks work. Just imagine this scenario. Your a bank, one of your biggest clients comes in and needs a loan. This client is discovery channel. They need a huge loan to start this show called "gold rush". The bank will give the loan and then go invest in prospect miner equipment. Debt equals growth. Find sectors that have sudden spikes in debt and long companies within. To hedge this use puts near the price you purchase for. You need the standard deviation to be high because the option will expire if you take the profit. This litterly takes a bunch of risk out.
Success does not depend on your age, a degree, your wealth, or your IQ; it does depend on your belief in yourself and consistent action toward your goals.
