Ingredients
1.handful peanuts
2.1 teaspoon zeera
3.1 teaspoon mustard seeds
4.few curry leaves
5.1 medium sized onion-diced
6.1 medium sized tomatoes diced
7.3-4 green chillies
8.heing and salt(1 teaspoon each)
9.4 medium sized boiled potatoes
10.tumeric powder
11.dhanya powder
12.red chilli powder
13.amchoor powder
14.coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
1.Heat peanuts(peeled) handful in oil for 2 mins
2.when its light brown remove it from oil
3.in remaining oil add 1 teaspoon zeera,1 teaspoon mustard seeds saute for few seconds
4.add 1 medium sized diced onions
5.fry till its translucent
6.add few curry leaves while onions are getting soft
7.add 3-4 green chillies .1 sliced 2 diced
8.add 1 medium sized tomato which is roughly chopped
9.mix well and add hieng and salt
10.cook for 3-4 minutes with lid on
11.meanwhile mash your potatoes
12.after 3-4 minutes use your spatula and mash the tomatoes
13.add 3/4th teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon dhanya powder,1/2 teaspoon red chili powder,1/2 teaspoon amchoor
12.add your potatoes and mix well
13.add your chopped peanuts and mix well
14 garnish with coriander
