- Hi all, Here I show you how a sublimation jersey is made.
The graphic designer creates beautiful designs for printing on T shirts or Jersey using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Coreldraw. The digitally created designs are then printed on to sublimation paper using wide format printer and sublimation inks. By this time, the white clothes for jersey printing will be ready in right sizes. The printed designs will be transferred onto the white clothes using sublimation heat press process. You can clearly see all the machines used for this jersey production. The printed clothes will then be stitched together to make awesome printed t shirts.

@@tripsandclips Are that polyester is dry-fit ? or dry-fit is a different kind of material. I found there is 2 kind of material, one is a bit with spandex and one is dotted one. Which one is good?
pradipta rout there are different kinds of materials in the market. You can do sublimation printing on all types of polyester materials like mesh, honeycomb, dri fit etc. You can choose the material depending on your budget, need or wish. Thanks
