I started 5 year ago as MAM remodeling as a dba doing painting on houses. After a year doing houses I got the opportunity to do a commercial project. After that I create a corporation as MAM Constructions Services. Right now I have a project manager, superintendents, estimators, and most important an excellent crew đ every project we get 30% + as sub of subs and 45% + as subcontractor directly. But I need customers đą need help selling đ« all our growth is because people like our work and give us more work but I need new customers đą a sale person that knows how to get customers in Constructions. đ€
How would someone go from a 4 man handyman team to a real GC in NYC? I'm actually a licensed GC here, but we focus on small jobs. I'm trying to see where to grow next.
