Great video... short and sweet.. and Cacao looks amazing. They are really doing things right there! I just drove from Puerta Plata to San Francisco 2 days ago and I was dreaming of stopping to see the place from at least the outside... But I had to get home. Maybe someday I'll take the day out and make the trip up. Do they sell crafted chocolate there too?
did i got it right; first box anaerobic. second box aerobic. and after that just moving to the other boxes so the beans don't start to mold but keep aerobic fermanting? I not sure i got the point why moving from the second boxes onwards, is just because of the mold?
