If you actually watch the video Scottie said there was a pact to keep the 2 guys tied for at least 1 more round but when they tried to extend to that final round, they couldn't change their score. Here is the fix to the NBA dunk contest: No overtime. When you are done with your dunks in the final round, if there is a tie, judges will pick the best dunk from both finalists' all final round dunks and whoever did that dunk wins.

2016 was way better as both guys did creative dunks every round. Not a slight variation on under the leg dunk. The one time he didn’t go under his leg he did a windmill from two feet past the free throw line. He knew he made a mistake. You see it on his face after he lands.

Scottie deducts a point from Gordon for not FULLY clearing Tacko's 7' 6" height, but then gives Jones Jr a perfect 10 for a pretty basic windmill from TWO FEET inside the free throw line...? I mean, if Pippen automatically deducts points from a dunk for not being PERFECT then he definitely should have given Jones Jr a 9 as well, because his dunk was blatantly meant to be from BEHIND the free throw line.
