Best Fishing Knot Under 50lb Line- Palomar Knot

Quick tutorial - best knot to connect your monofilament or fluorocarbon leader to main line (under 50lbs).
Potential issues with Palomar knot is if you are tying a long jig or lure with treble hooks.

Hi,im new to flourocarbon. I have tried the palomar in several different monos and braid. I find that the palomar pinches off inside the knot. I am switching to florocarbon for leaders,catfishing,.will a snell hold and a uni knot? Or do i like always just have to tie and break lines to find the best knot ?
