How to Improve a cheap Adjustable Router Template

In this video I’m going to show you how to modify an affordable adjustable router template made with an aluminum profile.
Jigs made by these well-known brands have broader profiles, but they’re quite expensive. This modification will allow us to save money and get more out of our router. I’ll also show you tips for using this type of routing templates.

This is a great improvement to the original jig ... many thanks for the video, it's a great option 👍
I think I'd rather make the type where the side of router runs along the edge of the frame, which cuts an exact edge in a sacrificial base, no need for bushings or calculating offsets 😀
