Great video!!! I've been utilizing your ball numbering system since you talked about. It points me in the direction I need to go when looking at filling a gap in my arsenal. I also subscribe to Bowling This Month and look at their ball review and ball comparison charts to help me narrow down my purchase decision.

Glad he touched back on this. I wasn't trying to be disrespectful.
I think he really explained it well.

Great information. His comment from the past about not being able to out bowl a bad ball reaction resonates here. How much time and money and practice and effort determines best results. For most of us, a solid, hybrid, and pearl and maybe a spare ball . This has helped me be better prepared for transitions in a manageable way. Can't carry more than that....? lmao

Love your videos keep up the great work. I recently took up bowling (I’m 49) and i have learned alot from your videos. I am currently trying to figure out what balls to get and have so far bought the Zen and Gem based on your reviews. I’m figuring out that like you said sometimes it depends what the lanes are doing that’s gonna determine what ball to throw. Not sure what I’m going to buy next but just wanted to say thanks for your help.

Would love to attend one of your coaching sessions. I'm near Pittsburgh, PA. Been a habitual 7-8 board player ala Norm Duke but recently started playing a little more inside but struggling lately. I have been using your scoring system for awhile now

I really enjoy watching your videos what would be the best 4 ball arsenal for house shot bowling in a standard house league for a intermediate level bowler who ball around 160 to 240 as the oil starts around in between 2nd and 3rd arrow could you help please

what do you think of usen olded balls that you have would you resurface them ?

I think the guy asking the question is trying to prevent buying balls that are too similar.
I understand that the balls reaction can vary when you play from different conditions but if you have two balls that are similar in "number" they'll react similarly, a lot of people don't get free balls or have such a disposable income where they can buy a lot of different balls.
I'm in that category and want to know like the dude asking the question, what would you consider too close in number so as to fill in a gap in the arsenal but not end up buying a ball that is close to something you already have.
150-250 bucks is not chump change.

How does The Zen compare to the Darkcode
My Dark code just got stolen from a tournament and I bought a Zen to hopefully replace it but havent used it yet I notice it's 6 pts weaker with the numbers than the darkcode
