Sometimes I forget Dove is really just soap, not an amazing, encouraging company that just makes 99% of all teenage girls and just women in general feel confident and beautiful, and teach us to step out of our "beauty comfort zone".
I guess it's kind of both.
There's nothing more beautiful than integrity.

I am not sure the pressure on girls is different today than it was 40 years ago. I remember going to a "club' for the first time. They played a game there where they took video of people in the crowd and showed it on a big screen then people would make comments that would show up on the screen. At least 30% of the comments were demeaning about what a woman looked like. These were adults.Adults decided this would be a "fun" game. They did it couple of times a week. By attending you were subjecting yourself to this critique on your appearance. AMAZING.
I would love to use dove if they STOPPED testing on animals. Cruelty is never beautiful.
