- To be honest, after a 12.5 hour shift plus my long commute to and from work, coming home to spend more than 30 minutes in the kitchen will be suicidal. That is why I meal prep. My fridge is loaded so that when I get home I can focus on getting some sleep...which is not so easy anyway😣. Of course by meal prepping I save us a lot of money ...because those ordered lunches add up paa. Best of all we know what we're eating.

honestly im impressd when i was growing up in gh, my grandma use to meal prep too and it took at least 3 women to cook these meals n even that we were exhausted after. the fact that u did this all on ur own is admirable. God bless u and give u lots of strength

Watching this and every other minute I’m saying to myself that’s exactly how we cook my family is Jamaican and we live very close to the Accompong region a lot of our west African methods of doing things in the case cooking are very much still intact. You did an awesome job! Your cooking is clean and I bet it tastes good. I am a Nigerian living overseas as well and can only find the can palm nut. But what I have learnt and perhaps you can do the same is to dissolve the can palm nut thoroughly in warm water prior to pouring it into the pot but leave the bottom aspect. You will be amazed at the junk you will see.
