- Here's another weekly meal prep video that I hope you’ll enjoy. I've been working a lot less in the past couple of months and decided to tone down on weekly meals and rather cook quick meals a lot often. That wasn’t such a great idea for me. I've never specifically had menus made, but I always plan my weekly meals and shop accordingly. There were days that I was just stuck and just couldn't figure out what to cook, and other days that I was missing essential ingredients and we know this is not the time to be running in and out of grocery stores.
Well I'm happy to have gone back to my old ways this past week. Life was a lot simpler for me, there was a lot to choose from for every one of us. I had a lot less dishes to do all week long, and I could focus a bit more on other parts of my house.

Yeah sometimes it's hard to do the dishes while you cooking, but trust me, is it does save you from the after mess lol! Makes it much easier afterward 😀it's always good to wash everything with vinegar most especially all the meat products.
