Luellen, I sell at a flea market that's only open on Mondays. I'm inside a building so I don't have to pack up every time. It's great because it's locked up when we all leave, usually around 1-2pm. It cost $200 a month. Sometimes there are days when you sell everything and then other days you don't. I usually use Walmart prices and take about $1-$2 off. People love it. In one day I have made enough money for the next three months plus extra to purchase new product.
I love it, I have so much fun and have meet so many interesting people.
Ya I do Dollar General sales, especially when it's 90% off or a penny. Last time I got over 50 items for $25
I had my first garage sale said everything out price of majority of my stuff 2 to 3 dollars cheaper than the store retail and made to grand in a day and a half

I also gave one of my favorite cashiers a can of chips the other day. I saw her yesterday an she said how thankful she was because she had insane lines and was starving so she was happy to have the chips.

Don't give up esp if there are a lot of otger sellers in your area

I just do a big sell once a month in my front yard. I do it to help the community because things are so high.

Post your sales on marketplace, buy/sell groups, Craigslist, and big, bright signage is a must!!

I have been pricing my over stock this week to set up at my sister's community sale in June, my Aunt's in July and mine in August. I'm doing a private sale on Sunday inviting the people from the local FB product auction site that have purchased from me in the past.
Only having 5-10 of an item out instead of all 20 helps not get those that think you should discount heavily your prices.
I'm in Illinois. I had a yard sale today through sat. It is roasting.
I had a yard sale in June. Made $450. Sold alot of shampoo, conditioner, personal care. Laundry. Pods didn't sell as well as liquid. Sold alot of hand soap.
I’ve done several garage sales. When in doubt, price up a bit. You can always give a deal and people like that. Make it worth your time. You can make some good money doing this and are really helping people get good deals.

I have a pretty big stock pile I really need to sale my storage unit is getting out off hand I just don’t no what to price everything
Idky but toothpastes and shampoo and conditioners sell the best for me. Razors not so much.
I hear your prices and honestly if I sold at the prices you list I would make very little - frankly not worth going out (even if I sold to family). I have 3 stores which aren't that well stocked and each is at least 10 miles away one way - I have had to shop multiple stores in the same week to get items. Then I have to take into consideration that my region gets only 1 Skinny coupon insert and it has nothing of value. To buy clipped coupons not only do you have to purchase them "plus" the postage ..........if you are blessed to be able to print coupons then you have the cost of paper and printer ink. I don't hear anyone mention that. I have been doing Care Boxes and just giving as my heart leads - its far better than to go to all this work and basically give it away to a stranger.

I have a “strange CRT that popped into my account -- 40% off SKU - Called EC and was advised that it’s 40% off entire purchase…. Not valid on sale items.. Haven’t used it yet, but I’ll be using it online with store pickup.. Don’t think the in store 15% off will apply -15pickup - Mine expires today.. Hope more people received it… Happy Shopping
