But under the 3rd pary like supply company. I tried 3 times in qatar airways to get a direct employment but u know what they give me reply..you r not eligible for our appearance. I have knowledgeable of the Operation but still they r not agree..must need reffrence. Otherwise sometime luck works

Ground staff has to work in every weather condition,baarish ho dhup ho OTP(on time performance) k liye karna padta hai. As a ground staff in security department i know very well how we Ground staff handles the flight.
