My sibling and I are 13 months apart. I've been high since the 80's, she was drunk for 30 years. She looks twice my age and has way more health issues than I do. She is sober and not always enjoying it. I'm still high and happy with more dark than light hair and fit enough to hike 20 miles or cycle 30.

From being at his first open mic night at the Hayloft in Traverse City to seeing him sing with Willie. What a journey Billy is on so happy for his success!
I remember seeing him busk in Traverse and then saw him at Founders here in Grand Rapids before seeing him at a few different regional bluegrass festivals. He’s the best - I’m so happy for him!

I got SKY HIIIIIIIGH With Willie Nelson in Saratoga NY in 2005. I saw him in the parking lot outside of my sh1t job. He was outside of his tour bus. He's a very class act. I remember thinkin "How can this Old Dude Smoke this much?" We talked about all sorts of stuff. He had met my Cousin a few times(famous Jazz/fusion guitarist)That's when he got interested in MY story & experiences in Afghanistan the people & the weed & poppy fields. I had him laughing pretty hard (a little to hard) He asked if I knew any of his songs? (WTF?) "OF COURSE!" He asked me "What was my favorite" POOOF! I was so stoned my mind was blank I had cotton mouth& couldn't think! All I could do was Humm a few bars of "Lucille" & he played about half the song & said "What Time is it?" (Don't remember) he asked if I wanted tickets to the show @ SPARC? He gave me some friendly advice & I gave him a nice Bud. I thanked him for his time & enjoy beautiful "SARA-TOKA" Where the wealthy live and the poor visit! I never went back to work that day & quit soon after. I spent about an hour & a1/2 With Willie Nelson but it seemed like half a day?! I DO remember my wife (R.I.P💔)Saying "Why are home so early? "I got high with Willie F'ing Nelson!' ....... "That's nice honey, are we still going to the city tonight?" (She was F*ckin with me). Apparently I had already told her twice🤔(?). Thank You Mr.Willie Nelson for taking the time to speak and Smoke a few splifs with me. It was an honor!

Been a fan of Billy since the first or second Blue Ox music festival he did. Saw the human standing in the food court and for the first time I think I was star struck, just out of technical ability alone. I had a thousand questions and none of them made any sense. He's going to run out of legendary performers to play with. It's the most beautiful musical journey to witness. The first festival I missed his set on a hot day(saw him the next year) everyone came back mind blown about his set saying he was something special. Of course I thought "he can't be that good can he?"...I was wrong. I left thinking "oh so that was possible to do on an acoustic guitar?!"
