Hi JTLB team thanks for another very interesting video. I feel as if I need to share a recent dream experience which involved the imagos of all of you over at JTLB.
In my dream, I was placed under hypnosis by yourselves in order to "get a picture of my soul". And immediately images of deep roots emerged. A voice started to encourage me that I need not be worried about causing fissures in the ground; as that worry had been the reason I had not emerged from the ground yet. An image of an English Oak then appeared and then it grew out from within me and then up and out and it grew strong and wide.
I feel this to have been an initiation of sorts as my life has changed immensely in a short time since this dream and I am indeed feeling stronger, wider and more grounded; and have atlast faced my fear of the camera and have started a CZcams channel which focuses on asking questions regarding Brythonic history. I feel this to be associated with the fear of upsetting the ground, and had been procrastinating on that for a long time...

A little while ago I remembered a dream I had about two years ago, and then I remembered another dream I had about twelve or thirteen years ago. They were so novel that I wondered how I even forgot them. It’s interesting because what I became interested in after each one seems oddly similar. While listening to this conversation I realized I had never asked myself what either of them meant. Perhaps I shall.

@Jung To Live By , was wondering if you can talk about Daemons and Jung's thoughts about our Daemon. In particular, I question how to discern the Daemon from random inner thoughts that lead you astray rather than help you achieve your goal.

Anybody else had dreams that were premonitions of real life episodes that happen years later? Not sure I can explain that?
Yep.
Every dream I’ve ever had that had something to do with astronomical phenomena ended up being precognitive of the following night. One example is a dream I had where there was this green lightning-like phenomena in the night sky, after the dream the following night I was walking down the street and witnessed a huge green sparkling meteor. I’ve had many dreams where there was something noticeable about the moon, and then it turns out that the following night would be a super moon, or a conjunction etc. super wyrd stuff.
I’ve always felt a resonance with astronomy. Even my astrological chart is strangely accurate (I only started looking into astrology recently after gaining an interest in Jung from trying to understand an extremely synchronistic psychedelic experience I had on mushrooms. One of the earliest dreams I can remember from my early childhood was about a shiny brass telescope sitting in the middle of a swamp. What does it all mean? I’m not sure…
Edit: of course there was was a meteor shower the very night I wrote this 😂

I also would like to ask you 1) about your view on the book "Diary of a seducer" by Kierkegaard in terms of anima/animus relation and 2) if you will plan a video about anima/animus in novels and books in relation to the way they are represented.
I like your explanation on delusional states 55:50. I had a few deep meaning sinhronicities, and after it I started loosing it. No body explaines this stuff as you, when you start getting those meaningful stuff you start thinking you are the chosen one and stuff like that, becouse it is very outside of normal expiriences...I was going nuts, it was too much, too strange and coudn't understand it at all in a right way, then afcours you got all this crazy stuff on you tube, and it's just the rabbit hole. I think you guys are very very realistic in your aprouch.❤❤❤

As ever the subject is fascinating. Wondering what "a calling" truthfully embodies. Remaining skeptical since acquisition of competent knowledge is merely an Enneagram 5, INTP leaning into deep learning.

A ‘true calling’ in our experience of 35 plus years of training psychotherapists, is independent of any personality type configuration. Character is fundamental, and a type model, however elaborated, can only ever represent a snapshot of the expression of character as such. It’s a relational quality that is irreducible, and once felt and reciprocally communicated, in working with the psyches of others, is a deeply humbling experience. @@JungToLiveBy "working with the psyches of others". Well I can only marvel at your expositions on ego and subconscious dynamics. I'm 51 years and could have benefited greatly in my teens suffering complete parental rejection and their divorce, left only with an inadequate yet sustaining myth. And thanks also for the reference to Jaak Panksepp, finding affective neuroscience a very interesting treatise on universal biological nature.
