5) Place The Display Screen Assembly On The Heat Platform And Heat
6) Apply Glue Cleaner & Start To Remove Bezel
7) Start Removing bezel From Left Top With Pry Piece
8) Keep Removing Bezer Slowly With Pry Piece & Glue Cleaner
9) Cut Out The Top Bracket With Cutting Nipper
10) Be Careful With Flex Cable When Removing Bezel In The Flex Cable Area
11) The Bottom Part is Hard To Disassemble, It Takes A Long Time To Accomplish
12) Trying To Use Pry Piece In Different Thickness To Remove Bottom Bezel
13) There Are two Difficulties In This Process
14) The Bottom Part Is Bonding Area, It Is Very Delicate
15) It Cannot Bear High Temperature
16) a) The Bottom Bezer Is Applied A Lot Of Cold Glue
17) Test The Screen Again
18) Clean The Glue Left On Top For The Convenience of Glass Separating
19) By Now, The Most Difficult Step During Samsung S9 Plus Screen Refurbishing Has Been Completed
20) b) GLASS SEPARATING
21) Separate The Glass Lens from LCD With Cutting Wire
22) Glue Removing For LCD Screen Can Be Applied With Hand Tearing
23) c) LAMINATING
24) Place The OCA Rubber Block Into The Corresponding Position Of The Mold
25) place The New Glass Lens Into The Glass Lens Mold
26) Place The Whole Mold Into The Laminating Machine
27) Ready.. Evaluate Laminating Effect
28) With Bubbles Inside, We Need To Continue With Bubble Removing Process Machine
29) Fitting ring.. d) BEZEL ATTACHING
30) Press Them Against Each Other & Leave To Rest For 10 Minnutes
