I coach bball and from that I’ve found there are 2 forms of knowledge you must have to be a successful coach: emotional and technical (game knowledge, skills, etc). If a coach does not possess both, their success hinges solely on the compatibility of the team to his skillset. For example, technically skilled players may only require assistance technically and thus benefit from a coach focused solely on keeping everybodys heads straight. It’s really all about filling the cracks in the team and preforming at peak as a unit.
Finding a successful coach is obviously much more complicated than this and in pro esports I’d bet the list is very short, just thought I’d share some similarities I saw.
In regards to keeping track of neeko, when she is on the map as a minion when you hold tab she wont be labeled with the "?" next to her name.

does anyone know where/what the lcs compromised on all of the wants from the players association? Did the players association get any compromise from the lcs?
They got 2 weeks of unpaid vacation
they did get some benefits for job security, but kids don't understand how these things work so yeah they didn't do too well
@@13pipez that’s so sad man, I wish they at least made it like it was in season 3 where the bottom team was de regulated and the top amateur team had a shot at Lcs. Made watching new teams like GGU/coast so fun, because they were amateur teams turning professional. Made it fun to root for a new underdog team. Also kept the league competitive.
@adscards4709 "kept the league competitive" nearly all of them can't even make 7th. GGU never made LCS, meaning they never beat the weakest teams of lcs. Some of their players have the lcs highest highs though.
@@vang-toulee8351 bro GGU changed their team name to coast once they were in the LCS and won a split in season 3 as the newest team. Was also a huge meme around the league with zion spartan and in general had a huge fandom back then. Which was only possible because they had a shot through winning the academy ladder the previous year??

I usual enjoy watching these but lcs just isn't enjoyable
I think they keep changing yuumi to distract from the sad reality that the game is dogshit since the introduction of mythic items.
Mythics made the game better wdym.
Of all the things to complain on the game, Mythic system is honestly the most minor one of all.
