Toast and Michael are entertaining because their personalities are on the same wavelength and make a feedback loop between each other. It's like constructive interference in physics.
Toast and Michael can literally talk about anything in this world and still be absolutely hilarious! Like they can turn the darkest of topics into comedy. Now thats talent.
Current differences between this podcast and older seasons: Two people are talking to each other, new logo, new setup, there must be a part where Toast talks about being a character in Shang Chi.
As someone who's in their early 20s and feel like they're in a rut in University with a lot of expectations and is aimless. The last bit of the podcast feels pretty good to hear.

Not a voice actor, but I work with them as a game writer! I think it'd be a great idea for Lily to look into joining SAG -- union work generally gets paid more and the jobs are better regulated. Actors are given better hours and "rights" when it comes to how they're paid out, plus it's argued that roles are more notorious since it's typically high-budget projects that use union actors. That being said, non-union acting roles are great if you want to do a ton of projects at once AND are an up-and-coming actor. But given Lily's social media fame and impressive portfolio already, I think SAG could be a great investment!

She wasn't born with all of the things that she is good at, she was a failure in high school, she invested time into what she was interested in and slowly gotten better. Voice actress here! Often people end up going Fi-Core (financial core) which essentially is being able to work on union projects but giving up your SAG status; so this means that you can work on both union and non-union projects without incident and don't need to pay union membership.
As someone who’s going to turn 20 soon and has no idea what I’m going to do with my life- I just want to say to my fellow people that this is completely normal. You are not alone in not knowing what to do. There may be more pressure from society that you need to know what you want to do as you get older but realistically speaking, how is that even possible? Especially your senior year in high school (my fellow Americans), you are pressured to go to a 4 year college and already forced to choose your major. It’s not quite realistic to know what you want to do when all we have done is gone to school, worked a part time job and attending clubs. That is not nearly enough experience to truly know what you want to do. My advice to know what you want to do is to just explore and experience. I’m currently in college and taking many electives only to realize I do not like being in the business field. Make mistakes and learn that’s the only way to know what you like, don’t like, your strength, weakness and overall you are on a journey to learn new things about ourselves. Good luck to all my people who doesn’t know what to do, especially my college students. We’ll struggle together and get through this!
If either of you want to be in Shang Chi and a supporting character, you should read the comics and try to find a character that you would be willing to be from the comic, then keep bringing it up enough, they may cast you for that specific character
Unions make sure everyone have the same opportunity across the board. Also it makes sure the worker is safe and the work place is safe for the worker. There's other things to it but that just some of the basics protections.

You are not alone in not knowing what to do. There may be more pressure from society that you need to know what you want to do as you get older but realistically speaking, how is that even possible? Especially your senior year in high school (my fellow Americans), you are pressured to go to a 4 year college and already forced to choose your major. It’s not quite realistic to know what you want to do when all we have done is gone to school, worked a part time job and attending clubs. That is not nearly enough experience to truly know what you want to do.
My advice to know what you want to do is to just explore and experience. I’m currently in college and taking many electives only to realize I do not like being in the business field. Make mistakes and learn that’s the only way to know what you like, don’t like, your strength, weakness and overall you are on a journey to learn new things about ourselves.
Good luck to all my people who doesn’t know what to do, especially my college students. We’ll struggle together and get through this!

If either of you want to be in Shang Chi and a supporting character, you should read the comics and try to find a character that you would be willing to be from the comic, then keep bringing it up enough, they may cast you for that specific character

Unions make sure everyone have the same opportunity across the board. Also it makes sure the worker is safe and the work place is safe for the worker. There's other things to it but that just some of the basics protections.
