i’ve been having a hard time with motivation to start or finish or get more than 10% into a project and seeing how fast you work here is inspiring!
one thing though at 17:30 you can select one edge instead of the top and bottom edges and keep hitting F to fill each face without selecting for each face. if [ represents the edges for the infilled face then you can select the edge on the left there and hitting F will read the top and bottom edges to fill the face and automatically be ready to repeat if needed

Nice tutorial as always. But some of those beveled edges that you extrude and scale etc. would really benefit from if you just started using Alt+E > Extrude Along Normals...
