Absolutely amazing technique, thanks for sharing your process!
This is perfect. Build large, simple to small, detailed. Then add your grunge and cracks and gravity topples. Imma going to try this out.
So many good practical uses of the less travelled tools of Blender. Bravo!
This is exactly what I was looking for! I once bought some assets for small money and don't feel sattisfied with em. Now I can create every ancient temple I ever wanted. Thanku so much.

Made a render of an underground temple with sunlight coming in through holes in the roof... feedback I got was it looked too uniform and clean. So this tutorial was absolutely perfect. Going to go back to that and cell fracture it.
such a good video with so little view, i love this tutorial!
I wish I had time to learn 3d more. Its such an awesome skill 😍
Holy **** man, you just saved me hours of work by accident. Fantastic work. Definitely earned a sub, and I hardly sub to anything. Blew my mind.

You might want to mention apply transformation at some point so the model can be used as an asset after it crumbles, you know if one actually want's to use the model.
Can you show more about the paint over? Looks so good for concepts.
Changing the Input Coordinates in the PBR Material from UV to Object and setting the Material to Box with 0.5 Blending will create a fast smart Material that acts procedural and does not even need unwrapping. 😊
Orkun ışıtmak bu videoyu yanlışıkla oynatma listesine almış neyse izliyim ilgimi çekti :)
Bro Thank you, im a bigginer and i understand every thing you have said nice job.
interesting way to make ornaments, i never thought of doing it like that...Also my sim for destruction makes the entire thing explode rather than crumble to the floor. i followed all the steps nd tried multiple times still same result.
Bro, the way you talk is cool so I subcribed
That's a really good method! I always struggle with scattering things to look more natural. Thanks for sharing!
Nice tutorial
i think you can get slightly better results by going on object, ridged body > calculate mass and choose concrete when using the cell fracture
Please make more tutorial I love and
Like your work thank you for coming on CZcams 😍
muy bueno el tutorial
mil gracias
Wow, this tutorial couldn't have come out at a better time. I've only been using blender for a couple weeks making a scene that I'm 3d printing. And what's the main setting of my diorama? Crumbly ruins :P haha. I've been approaching it in a very similar way, but being an ultra noob I learned a lot from your workflow. Enough that's it's worth scrapping the last couple weeks of work and starting over because I'll probably get better results in a few hours.
Thanks a bunch.
gotta show us made his render look so good on photoshop
Gem of a content
Could you do a tutorial on how to make the ancient ruins in the cliff side
