Hi, I have bought the Gyenno spoon for my elderly relative who suffers from hand tremors. Unfortunately the spoon is not usable. The tremors are not really compensated well enough. The spoon body is too shallow and cannot hold food and liquid. The handle itself is far too large and bulky for anybody to use not to mention a tremor suffering person. They need to hold it straight in order to use it. This tires the hand and actually very difficult to manage. Bottom line - nice try but not good enough.
My father's spoon is not working. The connection inside the rubber gasket has come apart from something. I can't get through to the company on email - I've gotten no response. I did get a response from the seller on Amazon who told me to just buy another one. I'd like a person to talk to and find out if the spoon is repairable. Very disappointing considering my father really loved the spoon for the 2 months he had it. Gyenno, please get in touch with me.
