- 250 g (9 oz) rigatoni pasta
- 1 aubergine
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 clove of garlic
- Bacon to taste
- 250 ml (1 cup) of tomato puree
- Parmesan to taste
- A few basil leaves
- Salt, pepper, chili pepper
- Olive oil
