Hi everyone! Today I offer you two amazing pasta recipes, very easy to make.
RECIPE N1
Rigatoni with white ragù and courgettes is a delicious and satisfying first course, perfect for lunch or dinner. Your family will love this amazing pasta! With just a few simple ingredients and in very little time, you can prepare an incredibly delicious and filling dish.
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) rigatoni pasta
- 1 leek or onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 courgettes
- 250 g (9 oz) of minced meat
- 1 chilli pepper
- Parmesan to taste
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
RECIPE N2
Linguine in courgette and cod cream is a very tasty first course rich in flavours. Your family will love this delicious pasta and your guests will want the recipe!
