UltraGaivalas It depends on your goals..If you wanna be fat but strong then sure that's great. But if you wanna be lean muscular abd shredded...throw all of that away and eat clean foods. You'll build muscle either way..but with all those excess calories and macros...you'll just put on unnecessary weight.

If they are advanced for you then work hard on easier variations. I had a tiny weak 95lbs girl doing controlled headstands within a week just by doing daily practice. It takes time to do some variations, but it is possible.

    Man, I love bodyweight exercises!
One of the best things about it, is that we don't need to eat like crazy, as we need with weight training! All we have to do is to eat when we are hungry, just as you said! So we don't have to worry about getting fat, you do not have to become a slave of the diet...
And contrary to what some people think, you gain muscle as fast as with weight training!

lol To put it in a nicer way, your shoulders will get stronger as you try to do these exercises. You have to start out with the easier exercises(elevated pushups for example) of course. But after you've gotten comfortable with those, it's time to advance. As the days go by the exercises will become relatively easy. You just have to practice everyday and practice perfect form to avoid injury.

which is why he made a video specifically for people like you who have to build up to a certain point before trying the more advanced exercises. Don't be lazy, look around first before you ask questions that have obvious answers to them. (Not being mean at all) Have a mindset of getting shit done on your own, and not having them handed to you. That's the first thing you need to do before you begin weight lifting, motivate your brain.

You'll be fine. You won't get big unless you work at it for months and months, even years. You will never be caught off guard by size gain, you will see it coming. If you really want to get cut, aim for high reps with little rest in between sets. Once again, you wont get big without serious a serious concentrated
    effort.

Hey man I got a question... I been going to gym to build muscle for the last 8 months or so but I'm thinking to change to pure body weight exercises. Will it still work for me, will I be able to grow ?

wide grip bodyweight rows. the one where you hang on a bar that's about waist level.
do only handstand push ups and bodyweight rows, you get impressive shoulders within 2 months. just experiment with grip width and grip positions and leverage (body position)

Don Lucky this is very true. work your back with pullups, tucked front lever rows, handstands, and if you want with some ring face pulls. your shoulders will be dead. all heads.
