Characters in Guilty Gear have 3 voice lines for almost every move (at least since XX, not sure for earlier titles), May saying "Kujira-san" instead of "Great Yamada Attack" or "Yamada-san" is just one of the variations. Note how similarly when using Mr. Dolphin for example, she has different intonations of saying "Totsugeki!" and will sometimes say "Iruka-san" instead.
It does make me wonder why it was decided to record all of the Xrd clips with the same line (seems unlikely to have been pure chance), but yeah, it's just one of three randomly selected voice lines.
