    YES!!! 👏🏽I've been waiting for a feature like this to be added to the Pixieset platform. I did not want to invest money into other scheduling platforms when already investing in Pixieset.

    I have been WAITING for this and I'm so glad it's finally here. So far I love it, though, there is a little drawback I'm experiencing. I offer multiple packages for each session so I wish there was a way to make one session type with the option to pick time durations. Like have a 'Family' Session block and once you click it you choose which package (one hour or two hour duration) THEN select your slot on the calendar. Kind of like how the quote feature gives your options and you have to pick one before it generates an invoice. I just don't want to have a ton of sessions with such similar names "family 1, family 2, family 3"
    I LOVE the feature that requires clients to pay a partial payment and puts the rest on an invoice and I WANT to use it so bad, but, I can't because I don't want to overwhelm my clients with multiple emails. I first send the quote, which then generates the invoice, and then I send them my calendar for booking. That's three emails and it makes taking payment through the booking feature useless (because the quote takes care of that for me). I hope I'm explaining this all at least a little clearly haha. If the booking sessions allowed for options within each session type then it would save the amount of emails I have to send.

      @@mikem6796 thank you for your question. With Studio Manager you can accept Stripe payments (credit and debit cards, bank transfers ACH), Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay), PayPal, as well as Manual Payment (cash, check, etc).

    Why I do not SEE BOOKING Link on my Pixieset Website? It comes as separate random link not connected to my website... How can I connect it?

    Question, do you have to manually send contracts to the clients or are they able to sign while booking?

      Great question! We are working to add intake documents to the workflow, so you can attach contracts or other documents inside the booking process, though we do not have an ETA for this feature yet 🙌🏻

    I wonder how can I set up mini sessions events? with Usession, I can create mini sessions back to back with sometimes for break in between sessions

    Hi. What's difference in selecting full session vs mini session?

      Great question! The mini session creator allows you to effortlessly create a mini session schedule for a day. You are prompted to add the preferred duration, the gap between sessions, and how many sessions you want to have per day. The mini sessions schedule is automatically generated. You can also duplicate the schedule to other days. Meanwhile the full session option allows you to create intricate schedule in line with your offerings and availability for a longer time period, ie. 6 months. Hope this helps!

    I am new to Pixiset and as I am setting up my booking and scheduling I have found there isn't an option for my clients to add a discount code. I can offer a coupon in the store for galleries but can't for my invoices or booking pages. Is there a way to make this an option? I also would like to be able to offer more than one payment option on the booking page. So accept a payment and let them decide on their package instead of only one payment amount.

      Hey Hannah, thank you for reaching out with your questions. For invoices, you can offer a discount to a client. Here's a quick tutorial on how to do that: help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405494009357-Adding-Discounts-and-Tax-to-your-Invoices. For the booking site, while there is no options to offer a discount, you can choose to collect only a partial fee during the booking process, plus can provide your client with multiple payment options (by card, paypal, cash, bank check, etc). It all depends on the payment options you have set up inside Studio Manager (more details here: help.pixieset.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405410058765-Setting-up-Payment-Methods).

      @@Pixieset I saw those options. A partial payment doesn't work when I'm wanting to offer my clients a discount code and let them use it for their bookings. So for a booking there isn't any discount option unless I don't accept payments and then I have to track who to give the disount to and then I'm sending them a separate invoice and they can't put in a code there, I have to apply the dicsount. So, is the option to provide a discount code and allow my clients to apply it to bookings and invoices going to be a feature coming up?
