You must have been at a private shooting range in Manila? I spent two weeks in Cebu City this Jan 2020, and all I could find was archery. I was told the Rock Island factory is on another island as well. Great video, loved the Filipino commercials :).

Thanks for the comments, there are alot of shooting ranges in cebu city, they are all outdoors, i been to 3 outdoor ranges there and 1 indoor
