So as you all have seen in my previous video that how KEERTHI TRIUMPH deliver me a faulty bike. They are a real fraud in the Triumph dealership. Every thing in the showroom is fishy. Its more looks like a godown than a showroom.
They displays the bike which is already registered to someone for delivery. so anyone can go to the showroom and do what ever they want with your bike.
They have zero professionalism. I have never seen such a worst delivery process of any bike.
Finally I want to tell all of you watching this video, DO NOT TAKE ANY DELIVERY FROM KEERTHI TRIUMPH. DO NOT BUY TRIUMPH SPEED 400 and SCRAMBLER 400X FROM KEERTHI TRIUMPH. THEY ARE JUST SCAMMERS. @TriumphMotorcyclesIndia You still have time to save your reputation. STOP DOING SCAM

The feeling of getting a new product and it went bad.. ask for a brand new replacement ..
My bike fell on the side. It stopped and later I couldn't start it at all. When I called the RSA , they said they don't have my details even after giving me chassis number and registration number.(I have paid for RSA) it just fell on one side not a big fall. The back brake got stuck and the ABS wouldn't turn on. I tried to call Keerthi Triumph , no one picked up my call. Worst place to do business.
They are some bunch of frauds bro

Thank God mai bach gaya ye scrap lene se pahle booking to kari thi maine but Inke behavior aur call ka na pick karna aur pick kiya to proper guidance na karna issey ye pata lagta tha ki bike ko jab kharida nahi hai to ye hav bhav hai kharidne k baad to ye pahchange nahi apne customers ko.. Mai last 2 salo se meteor 350 chala rha hu even mai aur maine do salo me bike 40 hazar km chala di muje har jagah Re ka ek soft support mila even har jagah thank you Re and team and maine ye comment isliye kiya kyuki mai himalyan and ispe confuse tha lekin ye kuch videos se confusion dur ho jata hai mera
@@dishinthkushal9233 Wait for Himalayan 450 and Honda cb 350, I know these are from different segments. The problem with Triumph is that there are no proper service centers . RSA is a joke . I Suggest you ride the Himalayan and Honda and then decide.My friend went for test ride 3 times , but was told that the bike is not there. He had called them before to ask if they have a bike ready , the said its ready . This happend to him 3 times , finally he cancelled his bike and went for Himalayan .

Grounding issues with the stator-inverter or faulty invertor. The invertor cant send current to the battery from the alternator and and it quickly drains out.
I got my delivery yesterday from Khivraj Triumph in Electronic city. They got a different bike ready for my delivery 😅 different engine altogether. Had to wait another 2-3 hours for the other bike to get ready. Sad you had to go through this. Hope everything gets fixed soon and you enjoy your ride.

I got RTO - 58k and RSA - 4k for 2 years, I am unable to understand the cost breakdown. Could you please share some insights?
This is wiring issue. Most probably the wiring of the horn is short somewhere. That's why it drains as soon you use the horn.
I took my Scrambler from JP Nagar, done 502 km trip yesterday already done 700 km since my delivery on 28th Nov.

Its made by bajaj.. so dont expect that much quality from the brand. Brands like Triumph and Harley are making fool of us by just rebranding these bikes.
Hey, today i had same experience with my scrambler 400X, yesterday got delivered by Keerti Triumph JP Nagar. Once I reach at home, later will start to go out it was not get start, then I called who delivered me guy name is Vinay, 2 guys came and removed battery and installed other one, after few minutes it got starts and later getting engine heat then it was same problem, yesterday evening finally they took showroom back and today they will find the issue, for me it was bad delivery experience too😮

Aaj kaal ke naye fuel injected bikes se achaa toh apne carburettor walle hai. Battery full charge, half charge, battery nikal bhi do phir bhi bike chalu ho jata hai.
It's the armature coil or ECU issue that's why it's not charging.

After hearing so much bad about Keerthy triumph, why on earth did you took from Keerthi? Will anyone with right mind set will go for keerthi. Very sad bro. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

Probably it might have been used by lot of visitors and kept the bike ON and that affected battery. Do update us on battery issue.
Khivraj triump is giving bike for 3.49lakhs whereas keerthi is charging 3.43 lakhs mostly that is the reason people choosing keerthi over khivraj
I feel keerthi triump JP nagar is better in giving good customer experience.

It's really bad to see you facing such issues but thank you for posting them.. thanks to you I have decided to not go for triumph... It is not at all expected from such a company to give such a pathetic bike and experience... I hope they resolve all the issues you're facing

i feel they gave you test ride vehicle else this quality issues are never expected from Truimph.I have a Tiger and this showroom experience is no match to what i got.Hope they sort it out soon . more power to you !!!

I have purchased scrambler 400x from shaman thane and they gave me speed 400 insurance before after raising complaint they told that they rectifiy that issue but still they didnt gave me insurance copy ..i have paid insurance amount for scrambler and this people remove insurance of speed 400 which is valued very less as compared to scrambler .... please guy do check your doccuments and there value and also showroom is least bothered about customers....tumko jarurat hai tum yaha aaye ho...we dont need customer.

i stay in KOlKATA west bengal i got my bike delivered triumph speed 400 on 9th october my delivery experience was really great and the showroom in kolkata their cooperation is really good i dint face any kind of problems with triumph service....

Till now my bike is running perfectly no faults whatsoever….one thing never use normal petrol on your bike use speed or xp 95 …you will see a big difference how the bike reacts

Yeah. I wanted to suggest the same thing. But my question is… if we complain in consumer court will it be helpful? Do they take any action?
I had a bad experience from triumph booking… I cancelled the booking but they withheld the amount for 1 month. I wanted the money urgently, asked triumph india for support but very poor response! Finally got money after 1 month. Unsatisfied with the response from Triumph

Keerthi triump really worst worst, they are irresponsible people, i received vehicle documents with incorrect owner name 😢 and also vehicle has some minor issues as well, they don't check the vehicle before delivery

You should have taken the photo of your battery before you gave them. So you have the serial number. So that they dont charge the same battery and give u instead of a replacement.
Had same problem on delivery date for my Speed 400 in Pune. Can feel your feelings. Did same on towing with RSA. However the issue was resolved quickly on second day by making the connections with battery properly.

Keerthi triumph has two branches, Richmond showroom has 3.6 rating in google review & JP nagar branch has 4.6
Triumph service never disappoints to disappoint you.

Extremely disappointed with keerthi triumph delivery and service is even worst. Had a minor accident and waited for 60days for a change of the fuel tank. Staffs are extremely arrogant. Never leave your bike at keethi lalbagh road service center.

Very bad experience. When I bought my hornet, I first went to the dealer Wearhouse and saw at least 4 bikes of my color choice and spec then only I paid and took one of them . Battery ka paper bhi Diya tha unhone. I checked all in front me and they tested also for standard test like start 2-3 times , oil level and petrol and headlight adjustment and clutch leaver setting as per my liking.

Had the same bitter experience here in Kolkata.. So greedy people.. So arogant!! They deliver the vehicle after two and half months, and take extra money for registration on account of the agent.. Given a bike without fuel which hardly runs for 500mtrs only.. Walked one and half km to the petrol pump.. So cheap attitude they have..

Khivraj also not that great. They are unethically adding charges in on road quotation. Official RSA cost is 500. Khivraj will add 4000. Go see for yourself. This is just one example.
You can choose not to take RSA bro.. that is not mandatory 😇

Keerthi Triumph is highly infamous for all this.. I got my Speed 400 from here & could see what kind off service they have..
Triumph India should get some teaching classes from RE India to learn what is customer service!!

Brothers, I’m planning to book this after the test ride I took. Much better refined engine and fun to ride compared to Himalayan 452. Which one should I book? Since Im already a RE owner wanted to upgrade to Triumph.
You can try the speed400.. that is also a good bike

Not as powerful or top speed capable as the intercptr but loads of fun to ride. Triumph ergos and design one gets to applaud
Meanwhile I got 1st service at 180km, 2nd part of 1st service at 1000km hoga
Lucky the bike has been impeccable and I'm lavishing TLC.
Done 500km within 4000 rpm..in 6th that's 80kmph
Sweet spot will be 90-95 kmph
Gears are precise, even without looking I know exactly which gear I'm in, unlike intercptr where in 6th I'm always looking to shift to top. Or sometimes in 5th I think it's in top..espl on down declines..

And yes..I declined that cardboard ceremony..just like erasing dealers sticker on taillamp
