She is not heartbroken. She didn’t sell enough tickets, and it’s been a big blow to her ego that she’s not being well received as a singer/entertainer anymore, she’s been out of that area for years.
To say she’s gonna take time off to spend time with friends, family… she already does that.

She finally accepted reality and bowed out gracefully. Kudos. She’ll never publicly admit it was due to poor ticket sales, so she’ll probably blame it on the relationship problems.
She burnt her bridges in the hip hop world by borrowing and stealing from truly talented artists, which was unfortunate, because 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 era was the height of her “singing” career. All those collabs with rappers helped her level up. She was never able to duplicate that level of success when she “discovered” her Latin roots or when she went pop.
She can move, but her dancing simply mimics the true innovators like Janet and Beyoncé, so her “shows” don’t seem authentic, either. The only things I give her credit for are looking good and acting. She’s a decent actress, and it’s really the only thing she can truly call hers. That’s what she should stick to.
Right, she is a mediocre singer and dancer, she just got lucky with some hard work thrown in, talent wise, she is not remarkable, of course, her ego is bigger than her talent, Diva ego sucks.

The media needs to start doing a better job when reporting about artists canceling tours. Lopez IS NOT the only artist having to scale back or cancel a tour this year. The market is oversaturated because every artist decided to go on tour. The cost of tickets is crazy. People are being more selective about which shows to see, for example, Taylor Swift tickets can easily go for thousands. But for any show, regardless of artist, the average cost per show can go into the hundreds of dollars with the added nonsense fees. Yes, some can go as low as $35 in nosebleed sections but who wants to do that? Might as well watch the show online. The media is contributing to the bullying and harassment that this woman is receiving as if she’s the only artist to ever cancel a tour. Anyone remember Adele canceling her Vegas residency literally at the last minute because she supposedly had relationship issues? Other artists have canceled tours. Last year Justin Bieber for health issues, Nikki Minaj in 2019 for lack of rehearsals, country music artist Hardy canceled because of anxiety. Currently, Pink, Timberlake, Jonas Brothers are also scaling back or canceling altogether. WHY is the focus solely on Lopez?

Instead of enjoying the money she made from the music when she can't even sing. She thinks she is a legend and will sellout out big arenas way after her prime years. You got lucky before. Luck always runs out Jennifer Lopez who went to a private school. She didn't grow up in the hood like she claimed before.
