I have NEVER heard ATC say "Perfect, I love that." lol
Now you have :) Usually ATC are great, helpful and friendly people.
Welcome to the MidWest USA. Folks are generally quite a bit more friendly here than what exists on the coasts. Heck, freeway motorists will routinely slow down to allow you room to change lanes and such. Try it sometime.

Last Christmas, my 17-year old daughter and I rented an Arrow to go from Denver to San Francisco. I no longer have my medical, so she flew PIC both ways. I was one proud papa!
What a great experience, thanks for sharing & watching.
Late to the party, but honestly.....your beautifully upgraded Piper Arrow 180 is absolutely sensational! It's upgraded and equipped with some of the best avionics on the market. With it's fuel efficient Lycoming IO-360 engine (overhauled by Penn Yan Aero), upgraded 3-blade Hartlzel CSP, this is a rock-solid, safe, and fuel efficient, SEL/complex airplane.
Thank you for the comment, this plane is definitely upgraded really well. Appreciate you watching.
Gorgeous Airplane, beautifully Updated! Thanks for the Tour!!

Great to see you giving us all the information about this Beautiful Aircraft and I appreciate your time
Thank you for taking your time to not only watch our videos but comment on them.
I ve been undecided which airplane to get and been researching a awhile for reviews. I must say yours is the most complete and professional one yet! Love the comparisons.Thank you Im definitely considering a piper arrow after your review!!!
By far my favorite reviews!
Thank you for the comment and watching our videos. Glad you like them.
I instructed in PA28s in the '80s, so this was a bit of a nostalgia trip fo rme. :) The panels available in GA are amazing these days - better than the airbus I fly now. :D No more wondering how to fold the map, or leafing through four-inch thick books of approach plates.
The digital options are definitely easier to organize and also safer as long as you have proper back up options. Glad you enjoyed the video
Cleanest older Arrow I've seen. VERY nice plane, and excellent review!
Thank you, it was a well maintained plane.
Your reviews just get better and better, narration and videography. Beautiful plane!
Thank you for continuing to watch our videos. We are doing our best to improve our videos each time.

Best review that I've ever seen! Wonderful job!
I understand Andrew, we try to put index in our longer videos like this one so people can jump to areas they are interested in. To give such in depth knowledge takes quite a bit of time.
Awesome review. Currently in the process of joining a P28R partnership. Been looking for a review like this and glad I stumbled across it!! Thanks again!
Thank you Scott, enjoy your partnership in the Arrow.
No idea how much this was listed for much less what it actually sold for, but from what I saw in this vid, it’s looks to be a true gem.
Beatiful airplane, love the color. Excelent review, thanks.
You're welcome and thank you for watching and commenting.

Thank you for watching the video and the comment. I like the paint scheme.
Perfect Video, very nice. Thanks!
Super review! I spent instrument trng hours in a 180 Arrow - loved it. Really like your planes colors and three bladed prop. We liked the 180's ease of starting - and... it's what we had, ha.
Thank you for the comment. They are a nice, easy plane to fly.
Very informative...love the plane comparisons...thanks!
Glad you enjoyed it
Incredible review that is more complete than I am sure the original sales person of Piper made. Thank you for such in-depth work.
Thank you for your comment, it is very appreciated.
I used to run my Archer 10.5-11.5 often. Super efficient up there and I was still able to do ~125 TAS.
I love your videos ! The detail is amazing
Thanks for the comment & watching our videos
Thanks for the video! I'm about to get checked out in one this weekend. Good info on the airframe. I've flown Archers for a some time previously as well as C172s and Cardinal RGs.
Thank you for watching, hope you enjoyed your checkout and time flying the Arrow
I love the level of detail you include on your videos. Once I'm in the market to purchase a used plane, I'll definitely be contacting AeroLife!

It’s neat that your airplane still has the auto extension system in tact, one of the very last ones left! Most were removed long ago, which is a shame, because it’s a fantastic system.
Love these reviews!
Thank you for watching the video and the comment. Glad you like it.

Great video!
Thank you, appreciate it.
That was very well done...............wow! I have flown an Arrow 200hp but never the 180....not much different. Your plane is awesome. Thanks for vid.
Thank you, appreciate the comment. The 200hp is very similar but the added power is nice in a plane like this.
Very well done ! I got my Instrument rating in a 1972 Cherokee Arrow 200 back in 1980.
Thank you, it is a very stable instrument platform with predictable handling.
I forgot to mention that I am impressed by your Upgrades .
Appreciate your knowledge and work.
Thank you, appreciate you watching and commenting.
I flew a 1973 Cherokee Arrow II for about 200 hours back in 1975-77. It had a 200 HP IO-360, a 2-blade propeller, and air conditioning. It was great. The tab on the stabilator is an anti-servo tab which causes the pitch control force to increase as the stabilator is moved further from neutral..
Thank you for sharing and for the phrase and explanation of 'anti-servo tab'
Very enjoyable..Excellently detailed review..Thank You.
Thank you Patrick, we are working to make them informative and also enjoyable which is hard to achieve but your comment is a good indication we are getting there.
A great video
Thank you for the wonderful work

I've got 120hrs in a PA-28R-200. By far my FAVORITE aircraft to fly! Your video is VERY nicely done! GOOD JOB. VERY enjoyable 😄😄😄😄!!!!!
The Arrow 200hp is a nice plane. Glad you enjoyed the video, thank you for watching.
Great video ! ❤️❤️❤️
Thanks
Started watching and thought “I’ve seen her before”. Then I said “hey I know that airport!” Bumped into you at the fuel pumps that evening the system was down couple months ago. Thanks for the help. I had the red and white Comanche. Very detailed video. Nice job.

Blessed to Fly

This is a very well done video. Thanks
Thank you, appreciate the comment
Very well done, thank you. The reason I believe for the popularity of the Arrow as reflected in the high sales numbers compared to aircraft like the Commander is the Cherokee effect. Lots of pilots with either time in a Cherokee or ownership of one could transition to the Arrow with almost effortless ease after the complex endorsement. My first airplane was a Cherokee (but with time in Cessna and Piper aircraft). I now own an Arrow III (PA28R-201). It is every bit as easy to fly as reported in this review. I fly it cross country IFR mostly and it is a perfect IFR platform. Overall, simply a great airplane to own and operate.
Appreciate you sharing your experience, thank you
You rock in reviews! Awesome plane!
Thanks for the complement. It is a nice plane.
Fabulous job on this video. Really thorough yet very nicely paced and not overly long in any areas. I'm guessing you've done this before, lol. Great plane too BTW.
Really appreciate the comment. We do have a channel with review videos of other planes as well. The Arrow was a really fun plane to fly.
Nice review. Great plane, I own 13T which was made a day or two after this one.
Thank you, nice to find a sibling
Love the explanation.. Just Awesome.. i would buy my first plane from you guys soon since i saw so many videos.. i know where to go now.
Glad you like it Maninder, appreciate it and look forward to working with you.
Great informative video. Thanks
Thank you, appreciate the comment
The Arrow was my favorite plane to fly. On landing once, with three indicator lights, one did not illuminate. Flew over tower and they visually confirmed down. Landed on grass field with wheels down O.K.
Great Review. Nice plane
Thank you for watching the video and the comment.
Beautiful aircraft, congratulations.
The Arrow is a beautiful plane. Thanks
I flew the Arrow when it had "steam gauges" and earned both a Commercial ticket and an instrument rating. Very nice machine.
Thanks for sharing your experience with an Arrow. They are a nice platform to get ratings in.
I had to use the override to hold the gear up since the engine quit. Keeping the gear up I was able to have more glide range. It gave more time to see if we could get some power back in the engine.I was with a student working on complex rating. I was able to get enough power to maintain altitude to get back to the home airport. A valve spring and 3 piston rings came out when we took it apart. It was well over its TBO. I had been telling the shop it was not putting out full power. We were over flat farm land so it had plenty of options. It was the 180 hp engine. It has a steep decent with gear down.
You handle the situation smartly and correctly. The shop should have checked the engine in detail especially when it's got high hours and you reported a noticeable lack of power. I personally would not have flown until it was checked out better but that is not always an option. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Very good review more more .
Thax.
.
Thanks, we will definitely be working to make more in the future.
I was lucky enough to get couple hundred hours in one of these aircraft, absolutely loved it. 😎🇺🇸👍
Thank you for sharing your experience.
Nice video perfectly explained.
Thank you Rosario, appreciate the nice comment.
IO360 B1E is bullet proof
Had 180 arrow for 18 years
Many aerodynamic modes include speed kits and lengthened wings with lights
Loved the plane. Now lives in Canada
1000 hours or so
Good description of plane
Thank you for sharing some info on the Arrow.
I love this plane!
It is a nice plane. Thanks for watching the video.
Very well equipped Panel for single pilot IFR cross country flight
You actually described the panel in the best possible way with few words.
outstanding video
Thank you for your comment
I appreciate this review. I recently got my private pilot certificate and I own a Cherokee 180. I'm currently working on getting checked out in the school's Arrow (200hp model) so I can get my complex endorsement and rent the Arrow when my Cherokee isn't available. Other than the gear and prop they are both super similar in flight characteristics and easy landing :) Also this was a pretty good explanation of that whole emergency gear extender.
Appreciate your comment. Glad you enjoyed the video and that it has helped you in your journey as a pilot. Thank you
That's amazing!!
Kick the tyres, and light the fires.
Great review. This type of review is so instrumental in marketing aircraft, more sellers should do the same. This particular aircraft is exceptional. I have quite a bit of Arrow time many years ago and its a very nice bird for the transition to complex and for shorter hops. I would for sure own one, and the panel in this aircraft is awesome, but at that money, there are aircraft that I personally would prefer over the Arrow. This one seems too nice to turn it into a trainer, but it does seem to me there aren't enough of these as trainers out there. Best of luck with the sale.
Thank you for watching the video. The Arrow are definitely nice planes. These are production model review videos, not sales video. It takes about 5 days and multiple people involved to create these videos. That is why you don’t see this level of video even for selling multi-million dollar aircraft. We do make sales videos for our planes which are on our website, not our CZcams channel.
@@aerolife1646 I see. Well they are nice videos for sure. 👍🏻

I got a Complex endorsement in an Arrow...wonderful airplane. And yes, things are different for pilots when we are on the ground.
Peace.
They are a great plane to introduce a pilot to retractable gear. Thanks for watching.
Awesome review video of a great airplane! If only it had 2 doors... then it would be perfect! 😊

Great vid. I’m currently looking for a cross country 4 place (3 adults + baggage + ifr). The comparison charts were very useful.
Thank you for the comment, I am glad the video was a help to you.
You sold me 😂. I’ll take it!
The Arrow is a great plane overall & this one was done beautifully. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Hershey Bar, also made in Pennsylvania. just down the road from Lock Haven, PA.
When your engine quits the landing gear drops and your decent rate increases a bunch. It happened to me with a student. To prevent that from happening you can override with a lever you can do to extend your glide range. Nursed it to home field and put it in shop. That was the last of that engine.
Thanks for sharing your experience with an Arrow. Glad to hear you were able to safely land at an airport.
My favorite to fly !
The Arrow is a nice plane to fly.
I owned a 180 Arrow that was certified January of 1970, but had a 1968 serial number. The "N" number was also next to other 1968's. I never could get an answer what Piper did with the airplane. I was a IA in the FISDO were Piper was located. The IO360 had Bendix 1200 series mags.
Olá falando do Brasil .Piper Arrow 180 muito bonito😀👍💚💛💙

Just watched this video, and it was an awesome to watch, a really great job. I also have a 71’ arrow, pa28R-200 and would like to know where you had all the dash upgrades done at, location. Right now i have 2 aspens, PFD & MFD, 430W, and a stec 50 autopilot but i hav been looking at almost this same layout as this arrow. Thanks again, mike @ 82IS, the landings, Huntley, Illinois.
We purchased the plane with the panel already upgraded. The logbooks should still be on our website and should have the entries from the upgrade. You seem to have a nice panel already. If you decide to upgrade, you can always contact us and we could buy your existing equipment for more than what you get for trading in. Thank you for watching.
The arrow was my first retractable way back in the mid 1970's
Thanks for sharing, enjoy hearing from people who have flown a model back when they were almost new.
I that was my Arrow that I sold a few years ago. Same prop, same colors, same red inlet cover. N 56174. I think it was bought by a guy in Kentucky.
My experience with lycoming engines and POH is that the POH is wrong when it tells you full mixture below xyz altitude. Leaning regardless of altitude on taxi and non-movement minimizes fouling.
I figured it out on my own, but later conversations with A&P's confirmed that that is what lycoming recommends you do.
