Hi everybody. I restored the 24 Volt DC motor also known as MY6812. The engine was very rusty. The bearings were worn and running very noisy. I replaced the bearings. I cleaned the dirt off the magnets and made them stronger. Now the engine is quieter and more efficient. However, the balance problem in the rotor is not solved!!!
Merhaba millet. MY6812 olarak da bilinen 24 Volt DC motoru restore ettim. Motor içerisi çok paslanmıştı. Rulmanlar aşınmış ve çok gürültülü çalışıyorlardı. Rulmanları yeniledim. Mıknatıslardaki kiri temizleyip daha kuvvetli hale getirdim. Şimdi motor daha sessiz ve verimli. Ancak rotordaki balan sorunu çözülmedi!!!

This can't beat 997 motor this thing is just slightly bigger but it has the ability to beat this cuz it can handle 60v than this 24v motor
Sinan bey o motor orijinal sarım gibi görülüyor ancak balans var ilginç değil mi? kollektör sarımı sonrası karışımlı macunla balans ağırlığı da konmuş ama bir fayda etmemiş sanırım...ellerine sağlık...

Hi buddy, I have a little problem here. I can't pass the screws to close it, they are attracted by the strong magnetic field and is impossible to reach the hole in the other side...
@@SinanKeskinDC How I did it:
Entering the screws diagonally, pressing against the external wall, and pushing all the way. Due to friction with the wall, the magnetic attraction can be resisted.
Once you get to the bottom, in the openings on the other side you will see a little bit of the screw, clearly twisted in the diagonal direction in which it was inserted. There, very carefully, while continuing to fully push against the bottom, some of the force can be released away from the magnet, and it can be holed.
It is either that or change the screws for bronze ones or some non-magnetic material, as the manufacturer should have done (or include some guides so that the screws do not move).
Hope this helps if anyone has the same problem.
