- Some ASMR Leather Carving in real time that I completed for a war belt video. I added a bunch of knotwork to it and thought people would like to see some of the more raw footage. People seem to enjoy some of my real time videos and I plan on doing more of them. There's no dialog, and this kind of falls into the ASMR world of videos. Tool sounds and all that.

Do you ever use a smaller tool when you bevel where the "under " of the pattern meets the over and you run across it vs the wider tool ?
do you press as hard as it looks when using your bevel tool...it looks like it takes a lot of force to get that cut...Love your work and I am just a beginner at leather...thanks for sharing your knowledge
Hello! I love your videos and have been using some of your techniques. My question is...can you just seal the carved area and then dye the whole project? Instead of painting did on inside and risk inconsistencies? I am gong to try it myself but was wondering if you have and it failed?
May have some success but I'd be worried about bleed.

The transfer film - does that actually put a mark onto the leather, or is it just a guide and you're indenting it with the stylus thing?

@@lennardarmstrong7249 Already have! I made an Orlog set (from AC Valhalla) and used leather for the God Favor tokens as well as a box to hold the life tokens. Just ordered the supplies for my next project, which will be a plague doctor mask.

How do you get drawings onto the trace paper?
Very late response of...either a laser printer or trace it on.
What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response in short ASMR. Can be auditory or visual stimulus, supposedly gives you a low grade euphoria.
