  • This is a key workout for all of our racers from 5K to the Marathon to accumulate some solid time at 10k pace and finishing off with some form “sprints”.
    Warmup: 10-20mins with strides
    Main 1: 3-5x(4mins@10k pace, 90sec ez)
    Main 2: 3-6x(30sec@Max, 60-90sec ez)
    Cooldown jog
