- Some commenters recently told me about a funky little place west of the strip on Sahara Ave called The Meat Wagon that I should check out. I'm always on the lookout for good local eats so The Meat Wagon was the winner from my spreadsheet of recommendations this week.
They have a lot of personality at The Meat Wagon. Serving food in toilet bowl bowls with an eclectic mix of artwork around the area. Is it all a gimmick or is the food good? I'm looking forward to finding out by trying as much of their menu as I can because

The serving dishes had me laughing so hard...all the dishes looked delicious....was surprised they used a flat bread instead of a taco shell...something different...would like that better than a taco shell...the entire menu was a hit for me...great choices 👍....have a great week til Sat ❤😊🤗

Layout of the restaurant seems a bit cavernous to me and just a little to kitsch for me. Menus like that tend to overwhelm me. It’s always fun to guess what you’ll be ordering 😊 thank you for more great content, shin!

One of my Favorite Appetizer's Fried Zucchini strings, never had a Fried Dill Pickle but the one you ordered looks well Seasoned and Delicious!
Can't go wrong with the Carne Asada Cheese Fries.....The Taco Shells kinda big, sorta like a Pita Bread..

This place looks just okay. I'm usually in sync with you on the places you select, but this one looks "just okay." As a n occasional Vegas visitor, I wouldn't go out of my way for this one.
Maybe i'm grumpy today, but what's with this place and their little toilet bowl serveware? That's a little too crude for me. And I'm not a foodie snob either.
I was seriously considering moving to Vegas mainly because it's a Foodie's paradise. But with summers reaching 120 degrees now, i don't know anymore.
I don't think this would be a place to go out of my way to visit, but locals nearby can definitely get some decent food here. The place certainly has a lot of character. Thanks for watching!

Hi Shin! The Meat Wagon, I have not been there but how funny that they use those little toilets to present some apps. Funny. The tacos did look good and I noticed it appeared that they garnished with cilantro sprouts. Interesting. Tks. Karla in Cali stay cool. :)

Wow...this was a very unique & strange restaurant. The beef taco and flatbread sandwich looked so good. I also love a good onion ring and the ones you had looked yummy.

Looks awesome, i was going to go to Brew Dog twice,might go to Meat Wagon instead of 2nd visit to Brew Dog.
I really enjoyed my food at BrewDog also. Can't go wrong there. Meat Wagon is kind of far off strip but if it's no issue for you, I definitely enjoyed myself here. A fun funky local joint. Thanks for watching!

Wow, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the first video in quite a while where you seemed to enjoy basically everything you had right? And Shin my man, you just about had a Mark Weins O face with that "abduction" flatbread (sorry if that's not what it's called, that's what it sounded like you said lol). Since you very much enjoyed this place, I'll have to recommend to my friend who is going to Vegas next month for a convention. Nice spot, and the prices seem quite reasonable compared to other places (especially on the strip, yikes!).
I probably wouldn't repeat the fish tacos but otherwise I think everything else was really solid. Another commenter said they're even more known for breakfast which I did not get to try so that's even better if that's what they're known for. Definitely a LOT more budget friendly than the strip. $170 for one of my videos is about as cheap as it gets without going to an all you can eat for one price kind of spot. I hope your friend enjoys if he makes the trip! Thanks for watching!

If you're at the Fontainebleau and look to go off strip a bit, Lawry's Prime Rib on Flamingo in restaurant row has always been good to me. Given your timeline, you might see me filming at Fontainebleau one of those evenings. I'm still deciding but keep an eye on the Asian restaurants there lol. Thanks for watching Diane!

Another informative review as always. Adding this place to my list. I noticed the fries are coated. Is this a thing in Vegas? It is hitting a lot of restaurants here in the New York area, I’m not a fan of them.
Adding the additional starch to the fries allows them to stay crispy longer. I like the technique but it's not for everyone. I'd say Vegas hasn't fully adopted this. I see them in about 25% of places I try. Thanks for watching!

I don't get the whole toilet bowl thing to serve food in...An absolute horrible decision in my opinion. Like are they trying to say their food is s#@t? Makes no sense to me why a restaurant would do that. Great video though!

Wow…I’m no food snob, but I just get turned off by the visual of eating my food out of a toilet bowl. The restaurant branch is already so competitive….whose bright idea was it to present these dishes in such an unappetizing way? The food looked so good otherwise, but this is a dealbreaker for me. 🤮
