You are absolutely welcome Jaslia, I am glad to know you liked my flowers. Actually these flowers are so striking that I completely forgot the buds. I think all you have to do is wind tissue paper on thin wire, the length of the bud as I do for stems and then cover with green paper. Try it this way and you must tell me how your flowers came out. I do not know about any brand, but its available under a lot of names - double, duplex, doublette crepe paper or I think German crepe paper. Its available on amazon and etsy and lot of other sites online under any one of these names. Any good art and craft store stocking imported stuff should have this paper too. Hope this helps.

Is total length of the petal is 17 cm which u divide in 6 and 11 cm

Actually it is 6 cm for petal and 11.5 for stem of petal and the triangular extension on top of petal is 3 cm. So the total length would be 6 + 11.5 + 3 = 20.5 cm. Hope this helps.
