@@michaelblythe6525 I didn't say he wasn't talented. Le Tissier became one of my favourite players and won very little. But if anything he was mostly underrated in his time expressed by his lack of England caps. But to be a great player I'm afraid yes you need to win things and set more than transfer records. I mean it's a bit pityful he relies on big transfer fees to prove he was a top player...and doesn't show much humility either. Better than John Barnes? Not in my book, sorry. Was Gary Neville a better player? I think you CAN argue yes. He won a shit load of trophies for club, more England caps and overall a longer and more successful career. And was highly talented in his position as right back. At his peak probably one of the best in Europe. By the way I hate Man U.
