    Do you have to keep the pressure on the thumb when lifting the heavier stuff? Or does the thumb just lock in? Looks interesting!

    Nice job. I'm going to do my first garage demo soon, for a friend. I'm doing it as a favor, so I'm going to take my time and try to learn as much as I can about demo

    Need shorter ramp supports so the trailer can bounce down a little. Cool content

    hip roof is the structure, little by little munch the roof into the walls to keep debris contained. Once cleaned out then collapse the sides, dumpster is in the wrong spot as well. You’re pieces are way too big, going cost you another dumpster can.

    Always start by ripping and punching through the roof down and then push the walls in, that way you never breach the footprint. Always have a plan!

      I did try pushing down on roof but just pushed walls around, Roof was quite strong, walls very flimsy with rot, like a brick on 4 stilts, if walls were not so flimsy that might have worked.

    never understood balancing off a trailer with your bucket smashing the hot top, curl in, walk off the beaver tail, and she’ll easily go right down the ramps

    You should have just riped away the two load bearing post at the left garage door, the two load bearing posts on each side of the window, then stand perpendicular to the corner closest to the container with your maximum range, put your bucket up at the corner of the roof there and pull towards you. The whole garage would have just caved in on itself towards you (not the neighbours tree) And it would not have hit you since the lenght of your boom/arm is longer then the hight of the walls of the garage.

      @dirtriffs5472  Před 3 lety +1

      Then it would have collapsed toward the car port...

      @@dirtriffs5472 na man, the distance between the garage and the carport is more then the hight of the walls, would not have hit the carport. if you pause at 0:23, and you see the upsidedown T crack in the asphalt there, the roof would have ended up at the "roof" of the T roughly.

    You took all your support away by knocking out the wall's as much as you did, punching in the roof first w/ more walls standing would have kept everything in the foot print, but good job!
