How to find a good ground on your vehicle

the lower the ohms (resistance) the better the ground.

How hard is to remove a body lift

Not too difficult. You definitely want to have 3 people (ideally people who know basic concepts of cars).
The reason is that meanwhile yoi remove the body mount bolts the other ones can raise or lower the cab while you remove the lift blocks.
Also take into acount that you will need to adjust the shifting mechanism, fuel filling hose and any other thing that may have been modified when the lift was installed.
